C&P Beauty Supply

This is not a good establishment. customer service is very bad and I'm dealing with the owner himself .about some clippers our previous bought the day before and he had a poor attitude this is my second time in hear and this guy is very unprofessional I will not be coming back !!!

Only received 1 because I'm forced to give it in order to make my review.Went to this store this morning at 10am. I went straight to the area of the store the items were located I needed to purchase. Stood at the counter for several minutes until I decided to go and ask the clerk behind the counter for help. By the way she was on her phone and took her time walking down to the counter where I needed the help. Still on her phone I say to the lady I know what I want it will only take a couple of minutes of your time. She then goes on to say she's not texting but handling business. I then say to her I don't need an explanation of your bad customer service I just need my product. I tell her what I want and she pretends to go through the items and tells me she doesn't have it when I can clearly see it. I then said never mind because at this point I wasn't going to buy a single thing from this lady or this store. Not sure why this lady was soo rude. Maybe because THEY don't have a monopoly on beauty supply stores anymore and they mad. BLACK OWNED beauty stores are opening every day. I will not spend nor nah nother dollar at a beauty supply store that is not BLACK OWNED!!!!

Bought a wig here today.. When I got home the wig didn't look the same.. I immediately called C&P Beauty and explained to them the problem.. The lady on the phone said we do not exchange wigs you should of tried it on first.. Well first of all no one was back there to help me out nor tell me this. The man that gave me the wig never asked did I wanted to try it on then she said you could of went to the front counter and purchase a wig cap to try it on.. Again no one explained this to me..Customer Service sucks here & I will not be back nor recomend anyone to go here.. Now I have a wig that I will never wear
