If it happens to be meal time whenever I'm in this area, I like to drop in to grab a bite to eat.My favorite to go item is their roast beef and cheddar sandwich. At $13.00 plus tax, it's priced similarly to any of the fast food sandwich shops. However, the quality and freshness of Buster's version is unsurpassed.I recommend this place and shall continue returning here for sandwiches and other foods.

This place is like a foodieland dream come true for me! I love BB in so many ways that I can't begin to describe all of them, but let's give it a go. If you desire an uncompromising quality butcher shop in every way, here it is folks. These guys and gals are the real deal. It's impressive how vast of a selection of items are able to fit in this beautiful butcher shop. I never thought I would say "beautiful butcher shop", but I just did. If you want the finest cuts of meat that are thoughtfully sourced, ethically raised and slaughtered, and then trimmed by the professionals in house. Yep. If you want carefully climate controlled, dry aged cuts beef that will melt in your mouth. You got it. If you want a selection of dry goods that would make any home cook or even TV chef ooo and ahhh browsing. For damn sure. If you want the best take out sandwich ever. Uh huh. Here it is! If you want the best curated in house charcuterie, a stupendous cheese selection, homemade prepared side dishes, hand made sausages, this is your place!They have the hard to find stuff like, Saratoga Cuts, Osso Bucco, Teres Major, Cheeks, Bavette, Culotte Picanha, Scallopini, Coppa, Jowl, Feet, Tounge, Duck, Quail, Pheasant, Goose, Guinea Ham, Cornish Hen, along with exotic cuts of Bison, Elk, Ostrich, and even Bunny Rabbits. The staff is great, they are really knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They cut everything to order so it is as fresh as can be. I could spend many hours and several thousands of dollars if I had my druthers. I can only eat so much at once though, sigh...'24 - 50/100

Got some Sriracha garlic bacon that I've been using for my omelettes Absolutely delicious. I wanted to try more but they have been selling out since they opened. I can't wait to continue to go back and use this amazing butcher shop for my business

Stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes. No one spoke to me, left. Also chicken pot pies are $50. 2 Frozen Pie Crusts1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup1 Can Cream of Potato Soup1lb chicken breasts/thighs cooked1 Can of VegAll (Mixed Vegetables) (Drained)1 TSP seasoned pepperPreheat oven to 400F1. Cook chicken and shred/Thaw pie crust2. Mix all ingredients, dump into pie crust. Put second pie crust on top, poke holes to vent.3. Bake for 45 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown.Approximately $10-$15/pie. Delicious. Saved you $35, you're welcome.

I love everything about BB...everyone is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they're doing/selling. The place is cute, but more importantly it's clean. Everything is cut to order so you can get as much or as little to suit your needs.The steaks cooked so nicely at home- we topped it off the their house-made steak butter. So fresh! It was melt in your mouth delicious and tender. I also picked up necessities for a 2 person charcuterie board- they were very accommodating and polite-giving recommendations and information on everything. I ended up with a few slices of different 4 cured meats and 5 cheeses varying in firmness/texture. I also picked up some local/regional crackers and jam.I actually spent less than I expected to also!Plus the wine shop right next door could not be more convenient. Way to go Busters!BB equals fun shopping- it's a locally owned bouquet butcher. I'm here for it!

Amazing selection, very clean environment I tried the steakhouse ground. Really fresh and tastes really good. makes a very good burger off the grill.

Amazing amazing. Memphis needed a great butcher. Love this place. Great meat options plus creative pantry items. They have grab and go sandwiches. Frozen stocks and Demi glacé. True butcher in house!!

What a find! I have been looking for a top rate butcher around the city of Memphis and recently happened upon Buster's Butcher. The instant you walk in you know you are in a place you want to be. Beautiful decor, great jazz music and the product is top notch. From the cheese to the locally sourced meat, you know what you are getting is first rate. Our family has a need for grass fed meat and bones and this place does not disappoint in their assortment and quality. My contact here was Josh who is professional, warm and welcoming. He made sure I was taken care of and then some. All in all a very pleasant experience for this discriminating meat and bone customer. I highly recommend this local business. It's worth a drive to check out Buster's Butcher.

I live on Maui Hawaii and my Son moved to AR. This is how i discovered this amazing Butcher Shop! I just had my Son ship me the second box of Aged and Prime BEAUTIFUL steaks. Cut to perfection as I asked. I do not have a great selection of meat in Hawaii. The last ribeye I got from Wholefood I fed to my dog. I am spoiled! I have ordered from SRF in the past but must say steaks are better here!This place is the best! If you live in the area, check it out.
