Good food - IF YOU CAN GET IT. Twice we got great service with the delicious food but that ended quickly. Multiple times we've tried to call in an order for pickup but no one ever answered - only the option to leave a message. Once we went in at noon (2 hours after they "opened") & were turned away because they still had not turned on the ovens. Another day went in at 12:30, the neon sign was not on but the door was open & there was a table full of used dishes with a pizza board. So I went in thinking they just forgot to turn on the sign. The man behind the counter looked at me as if I had 2 heads & asked me what I was doing. Told him I wanted to order & he rudely stated that the sign was not turned on so I should have known they were closed. He was so rude about it that I will never return.

After reading the reviews for this place on google we were sold on trying it. I'm sorry but the food we received was the worst i have had in awhile. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and my wife ordered the cheese ravioli with Alfredo. The meatballs tasted like they were old and so over done I could barely cut with a knife. Seriously had issues cutting the meatballs let alone chew them. The sauce had next to no seasoning and was bland. My wife's ravioli was still cold like they were microwaved and stopped halfway. The Alfredo almost tasted like Elmer's glue smells. We also ordered the cheese bread which had a taste of plastic almost. Over all just a bad experience with their food and we were really looking forward to enjoying it after all the great reviews. Very unfortunate.

I have passed this little inconspicuous spot countless times over the years. Shame on me! I will not pass it again if I want delicious pizza. I cannot speak for every other menu items yet, but I stopped in and grabbed a small pizza to go and devoured the entire thing before I even got home.

This place is very good! My husband an I stopped there on a whim. We got a pizza and some hot wings after reading the google reviews. The hot wings are killer! So good. But the mild is really more of a medium or hot for me. That definitely didn't stop me as I went back and got more wings for dinner. The pizza is very cheesy and good and made with fresh ingredients. You can't beat the price either, as you can get a large 2 topping for 8.99!The guys working there are very helpful, he came around from the kitchen to explain how things are made and even told us the best deals and showed us the pricing.You should definitely try it at least once.

I love Buon Appetito. The caprese salad is fantastic as is all of the OFF THE GRILL items. I love the grilled chicken platter! I am Italian so I am very picky with outside food. I am going to use them to cater an event this spring. Really Great Great Food!
