Bumpus Harley - Davidson of Jackson

Was passing thru the area and was needing some HD shirts to mark our vacation. The store was sharp looking, and staff were all friendly and helpful. Store associate was helpful in.picking out the correct size, being 8 hours from home there are no returns.

Found an Ultra Classic that I liked and started the buying process with them. The salesman, David, got back with me and told me about a problem with the fairing being cracked. Found the same bike with less mileage and gave it to me for the same price we discussed. Every time my wife and I go there it's like being welcomed by family. David is still the goto man for sales but doesn't do the pressure salesman thing with you. We live a few hours away and always deal with them. All Bumpus Harley Davidson dealerships have always been super great with us.

Love this place! Fair warning: typical HD prices. That is the only reason I didnt go 5 stars. This store has an awesome building, fantastic selection of bikes and accessories, and a great selection of clothing and gear! You not find more knowledgeable and friendly service anywhere! Their service department is top shelf. They service my bike and have never had an issue...and they offer detailing services. They can hook you up with anything HD and will do it with a smile!!

I recently purchased a 2015 CVO Street Glide here. I had several issues with the bike and the service guys, claimed it was all good! I rode the bike, even though it felt wrong, low power at take off, backfiring at times, etc.. A short time after buying the bike, pipe on right side, starts discoloring. Then the muffler breaks off. I take it back in and they tell me they will put new mufflers on and the ones I had, are no longer available. They also tell me, I need my tuner. I bring that in the next day. The 21st of Oct. and now it's the 3rd of November.When I brought the bike in, I told them they had 2 weeks, as I was moving back to the west coast on the 6th of November. They told me on the phone today(the 3rd of Nov.), their software was corrupt and they couldn't tune the bike. Now they claim the bike won't be done till the 7th. I called Harley Davidson Customer Care and they called Bumpus. Richard in service, changed the reason and told them, the technician was in training till Tuesday. If you are thinking about buying a Harley, do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this dealership like the plague!!

This particular dealership wants your money, and they don't care whether you receive a quality product or service.I was supposed to take the riders course there, but when I showed up, I saw that I could not do it because they didn't pass on some important new information to me. Yes, they admitted that they didn't get that information to me.The problem, though, is that they offer to reschedule (at least a month out), and they refuse to give you your money back so you can move on. Their policy is to keep pushing things to the right as long as they keep every red cent of your money.Horrible and scummy business practice.If you call corporate Harley, they will tell you that if the dealer says you're screwed out of your money, that's it. Not a thing they can do about it since they are privately owned. Well played, Bumpus, well played.

I would NOT do business with them if they were the only Dealership in the country. spent 12000 on a bike it never ran right they kept it a year and a half and now they won't stand behind their work and make it right

I wrote a bad review of Bumpus Harley Davidson of Jackson, Tn. In the past few weeks. I talked to a guy at Bumpus in Memphis last week and told him about my problem I had with Bumpus Jackson and he said he would talk with them but he could not make them do the right thing. I ask if he would ask a Bumpus to call me. I have not received a call from anyone named Bumpus or from the manager at Bumpus HD. They are avoiding me, so I am avoiding spending any money with them! If you missed my review I was lied to about some $500 slip on pipes just so they could get rid of them! Don't waste your money or time with Bumpus HD they are dishonest and will rip you off! They will not call you back about any problems, even when they say they will. If you want anything Harley Davidson go somewhere else! Thanks. Keith Hogwood.

Best Harley dealership anywhere, these folks take time and care about your needs. Service department is A-1, even to the sales floor, Just great all of them! I won't go anywhere else!
