Buffalo Wild Wings

Meh minus. Only bright spots were the all American cheeseburger and the Asian zing wings. Mango habanero wings were unnecessarily hot. I don't mind hot, in fact I love hot, as long as it has nice flavor and isn't just trying to melt my face off for melting my face off sake. Okay so it wasn't melt my face off hot but it was way more hot and way less sweet than any other mango habanero I've had elsewhere. Had a buffalo ranch chicken sammich and a Nashville hot chicken sammich. Both were sad little excuses for chicken, hardly breaded and the buffalo came with maybe a tablespoon of buffalo sauce on it. In addition on the buffalo sammich the chicken breast was slightly undercooked. It wasn't pink but it was texturally obviously under done. Both chicken sammiches came with side salads which were okay. One had a crap ton of shredded cheese and didn't have any of the tomatoes or green onions it was supposed to. All in all pretty sad showing BW3.

I literally haven't been here since 2014 haha. But this is your average BDUBS. The service was good. The food was okay. It was get 6 free wings day so it was pretty packed but the wings came out hot. The fries were hot but tasted really old. Like it was sitting out under the heater. Overall basic food but good wings. Only 4/5 because it was free wing day and the bartender was nice lol

I only saw 3 waitresses and it was packed so of course it took forever to get our food and to pay the check. My cocktail took 20 minutes and my wings were so tough and dry. The sampler platter came with boneless wings when we wanted traditional and the nachos were chewy. Screens had an off filter over them and couldn't watch the game since it's a distraction.Only positive is the waitress's overall attitude.

This place is awful. It's dirty and by it's I mean everything. No wet nap wipes and table was filthy. Every table around us was filthy. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table after we sat ourselves. Appetizer came with half of our meals. We had 5 people. Appetizer came with two of our entrees and 3 other entrees trickled out. This place is gross and it's a joke. You couldn't pay me to go back. Buffalo Wild Wings is embarrassing anymore. It's super expensive and the service absolute trash. Take your business somewhere it's appreciated.

Mainly posting this for the service. My order wasn't correct, but the bartender disappeared forever, so i ate it. Saved the part that was incorrect to show her and she said, "It's because they can't read back there in the kitchen." She never corrected anything. Was going to order more, but she never came back. Spent all her time flirting with a group of guys in the corner. I felt very unwelcomed and in the way. The whole waitstaff was having a great time with each other. . . Laughing, joking, cussing, etc. Just came in to watch a game and ended up leaving. Pretty sure the bartender was sneaking seltzers too. Wings were overcooked, dry, and hard too.

I arrived and was immediately welcomed with amazing customer service!!! The hostess had such a sweet smile and a great attitude!! My waitress was just as amazing and I was frequently checked up on!! Shout out to Makayla!

So me and friend decided to go to this BuffAli Wild Wings on Airways in Southaven. What a terrible experience. As we enter the restaurant, we were told that it would be a five minutes wait!! That five minutes wait turn into 15-20 minutes wait. We waited for a long time so the waitress told us we can seat anyway. Really?? She didn't get an chance to seat us normally like other restaurants. This restaurant have changed.

Service was very slow. We were there for 2 hours waiting. Food was room temperature when we got it. Most of the tables weren't clean. Took a long time to get the check and never got a refill

Wings were over cooked, and cold. Service sucked. Bartender was preoccupied with one patron and neglected the rest of the clientele. Will not be back!

The service is always terrible and slow. I've been coming here on and off for nearly seven years and always hope that it will have changed when I come back, but it never does. It took thirty minutes to be able to order. It took twenty minutes to get half of our food. It took another fifteen minutes to get the other half of the food. The server handed us our checks and took ten to fifteen minutes to come back around and pick them up. Don't come here if you want expedient service or a good experience.
