Buffalo Wild Wings

This location has gone down hill big time. They have the slowest service, the boneless wings are always hard and barely covered in sauce, and the restaurant is dirty. I wouldn't waste time or money on this place.

The service was a miss. I would have went somewhere else if they didn't have all the football games playing.We had to find a seat ourselves and most of the tables were dirty. Waitress grabbed the dirty dishes off our table but didn't wipe it down properly. I ordered the Nachos with chicken and chili. Food tasted good but it took a very long time to get our food and we never got refills on the drinks. Even paying the tab took a while.

Short and sweet: mediocre service, table and menus not clean, but food decent.

Tried calling to do a pickup order, because online ordering was unavailable. Called first time ", waited on line for 10min and no one ever picked up the line, hung up dialed again a second time waited 5 min and gave up.Went to chick-fil-a across the street and place was open driving by, so I don't know what was going on.

Wings good as usual. Got a couple orders of nachos with all the extras you now have to ask for and they weren't consistent, nor with all the extras. Service was extremely poor. Never received all of our order, and had to seek out our sauces and extras from the kitchen. Won't be back to this location anytime soon. Shame.

You are gonna want to like wings and maybe a beer. They have a lot of TV's. I would appreciate if they all had cc turned on but they all Don't have cc turned on. So if this is what you like then you'll like this place

Meh. Lots of choices on wing flavors, hotness, etc - but they're all mediocre. They also have burgers and the such - also just ok. Service is ok - not bad, just not good. They do have lots of beer choices, so they get an extra star for that. It's not someone I'd visit often or recommend highly.

Cruse! Ask for him! It will completely change your "eating out" experience! He will not deal with wrong orders, empty glasses, or not having a smile on your face! He always brings it and will not disappoint!

service sucked i called on the phone and got lied to about them canceling a order and as we were on the phone the dasher was there and bringing it to a location after i told the manager i canceled it wouldn't order from here again had to contact the headquarters plan to sue next with proof of everything

Im not one to complain or even leave reviews . But the food was terribly cold! , the wings were plain and I couldn't really taste the sauce . Wich is weird bc I get the hottest one and that shows they didn't even toss them well. service was mid, she was very respectful but she did not do her part in giving any help with the situation, she only checked on us 2x. I just wish the food was better, but I lost in both food and service today. was not satisfied at all
