BT Prime Steakhouse

I know it's a steakhouse but the pasta was amazing! We went for my uncle's birthday. A larger party, but the server took great care of us. My husband asked for a medium steak. It was definitely medium well but he didn't complain. I had a piece, and it was very flavorful. Just wish it was medium. The salmon pasta was everything. I would make that 3.5 hr drive just to get it again. Overall, we all loved the food and the experience.

Enjoy the service and ambiance. Food was good not great. Great for celebratory activities!

So this was the PERFECT spot for our Anniversary dinner. We pulled in and the Valet parked our car. The hostess was friendly and expressed her congratulations to us. We were seated promptly in the window room which had a peaceful and serene view. There wasn't a lot of people, but that was not a problem for us. The noise level was just right. The menu offered lots of options. We ate the 5 piece bacon appetizer which the chef accommodated our request to lower the heat on the honey jalapeño slice. We ordered the Watermelon Sangria which was good initially, but was watery near the end. I had the wedge salad which was also amazing. My husband ordered the Redfish which was light and flavorful...if you order make sure to squeeze the accompanying orange slice onto the meal. I ordered the 8 oz Wagu steak with mushroom sauce and baked potato and asparagus. Everything was Really good and came out awesome !!! The chef even came out to meet with us and speak to us and ensured our order was correct.I am happy with everything from the entrance to the exit and will definitely return!!!

This place is incredible! It's a beautiful area with a pond out front. They have valet parking too! You are greeted with a friendly host, and the service has always been great! Now for the best part, the food is incredible !! They have flights of drinks too. My steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. My sides were incredible. This whole experience was amazing. I'll def be back and I can't wait!

The service was awful as was the food. We ordered oyster Rockefeller to start. It was ok but bland. Lobster bisque was a salty broth with no lobster. The redfish was not properly cooked. Sent it back and second time was mostly raw. Also, white wine was served in a flight glass rather than a full sized glass. So disappointing!

Came here with my husband for our anniversary & had very high hopes but we were very disappointed. When we ordered from the menu we were informed that a few of the items we ordered were no longer served there so we switched our order. Our food was served almost an hour & a half after we ordered. He ordered the 20 oz ribeye medium, when he got it it was overcooked & mostly fat. I got the pesto pasta with salmon & it was lukewarm. We wanted to order the dessert flight but were told they were out of that as well so we went with the bread pudding which was also lukewarm & tasted like burnt coffee. Very overpriced for that experience.

The arrival and scenery is wonderful. It is a beautiful setting with great ambiance like a steak restaurant should have. The staff was very nice and attentive but the only down side was the time to receive our food. The food was amazingly delicious! We ordered the wagyu steak and the BBQ salmon. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. One of the best steaks I have ever had! We had garlic mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, asparagus, roasted potatoes and mushroom sauce and all were yummy and cooked perfectly. The drinks were fun and festive for the upcoming Halloween season. It was a great place to sit and have a couple drinks so waiting for the food was not bad but if you are expecting quick turnaround service, this is not the case. It is cook to order food and just enjoy the company and scenery. Well done!

Tonight will be our second trip. We were so impressed on our first visit. Chef Amber was amazing. She visited our table a few times to check in on us. She and my husband had a big conversation about cooking. The hostess/manager was amazing as well, so friendly. The bar staff kept us topped off and the food was TOP SHELF!!! Fine dining at it's best in such a quaint beautiful atmosphere. This is a hidden gem in Desoto County! Go support this place!!!

My wife and I visited on 4-26-24. The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. However I ordered a med-rare to rare steak and I was med. the waitress noticed it and returned for us. Then she returned and said the cook said it was correct. I sent it back a second time and the cook came out and said it was med-rare. I have never been questioned before much less twice. When I finally received my steak 18 mins after my wife was through eating. To say the lease they were not helpful and it was embarrassing to question me twice. I eat a fine restaurants all the time and never receive this poor service from the cook and manager. Over priced for the food quality. I wound rate the restaurant a two at best.

Our family took in this wonderful place recently. Our daughter had heard great things about it, does gave it a try. What a great experience. The server was personable, professional and very attentive. The ambiance was great. The chef visited us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Then comes the food... it was fantastic. Everything from the sides to the steak was amazing. The fillet I had was prepared perfectly as requested and quite possibly the best steak I've ever eaten. We'll definitely be returning customers.
