Brickhouse Grill

I don't mind the place. There's a bartender who works there with a hat and brown/reddish beard and he's rude. Me and my sister were ignored. The other bartender made sure to get me my first beer. When I attempted to order a second round the 'rude guy' asked what I wanted and I asked for another beer then he walked away to chat with his friends at the bar for almost ten minutes then finally when he was done shoved my beer at me without any words. At this point I knew I wasn't wanted so we all left. I tend to visit this spot but if he's working me or the people I'm with won't even go in.

We were seated quickly and our waitress was so nice! The interior is pretty cool and the live band was a nice touch, they were very talented! I ordered the firecracker shrimp and alligator bites. The firecracker shrimp was pretty good, but a little too much sauce which I think if there was a way to get a side of rice that would've helped with the flavor so I'd give it a 3/5. The alligator bites, presentation wise was nice, but flavor wise waaay too salty in my opinion although it was cooked well so for that I'd give it 2/5. Maybe safer to get a burger or sandwich next time. I'd go back for the vibes, but maybe not so much for the food however it's definitely bar food so that's something to keep in mind. It's worth a try overall!

I give it three stars honestly a hit or miss if the bar tenders are gonna be nice and same with the food u just never know if they are actually gonna cook it the right way I've been there enough to know how the food should be but it's not always what you get. I love playing pool there they definitely need new sticks tho...

Food was good and very flavorful that's the only positive thing I can say about this place. Service was very slow (granted it was a busy night). Waitress was sweet, but everything took forever. Table was not clean and restaurant seemed very run down. They only had ONE working toilet with NO toilet paper. It was gross and makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. I will not be back or recommend to anyone.

The owner and staff really know how to take care of their customers. Why do say that? The policy's of a establishment trickle down to everyday issues that come up often in daily business. On the day of our visit, it was unseasonably hot. We had our 4 legged family member with us with no place outside to accommodate us. Enter Hannah. This associate of the company found us a place on the premises that was perfect. She helped us through the menu and made our customer experience as good as it could get. The food was great, the beer was cold and our 4 legged friend was very welcome. Put this place on the YES list. It's a great pub!

Makayla was a huge help in fixing an overcharge issue. She made sure to make it right. Very professional!

We came in on Tuesday, heading back to Texas, so it was pretty slow but the food was absolutely amazing!! Wish we could travel this way again

HAHA. came in from Ohio looking for a place to hangout since we aren't from here. all i have to say is i should've just went to Nashville. i'm sorry but the service is simply drier than a popeyes biscuit with no honey

Great local place to enjoy a drink. Fun atmosphere and friendly service. Haven't tried the food yet but the menu looks great.

Last month, I booked a group dinner for Tuesday 9/13 for group of 18 people at 6pm. The group arrived and was told there was no reservation but they were able to accommodate them. With only 1 cook and 1 server, the service was horrible and meals were delivered sporadically over the course of 3 hours. I tried to call to speak to the owner but was unable to reach anyone (phone # listed goes to voicemail at 5pm). Our company has held many dinners at Brickhouse but this one was our last. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!
