Good seafood. Not the most fresh considering how far we are from natural seafood sources. Prices are reasonable for seafood. Service can vary. Most servers don't take down orders on pen and paper and where most of them can remember mostly accurate, there's usually something missing when the food comes out. Good to go with friends.

The outside is clean. The atmosphere here is very off. The staff is very unprofessional. The order was called in so when I picked up my order to go. I asked Gavin the cashier if I could have another bag because my order was too large for the bag it was in. Gavin didn't want to give me another bag. I asked for the manager and she was young and the staff doesn't respect her at all. She told me that Gavin was having a bad day because he is having family issues. Well, that's not my problem. He needs to understand that when you're at work leave outside issues outside the workplace. You're providing a professional service and you shouldn't be rude. Racism shouldn't be tolerated. I will never order anything from this place in Columbus Mississippi. The food was decent after all the bad service from the store manager and Gavin the cashier. 7/14/2023I spoke with the manager and she wasn't pleasant about the situation so I will not be giving them my number to be playing on my phone. The owner will find out about this.

I called in placed an order for a Shrimp boil. I added two eggs. Paid for two eggs. Left the business, started eating food. Only one egg in the bag. This happened a few months ago, they apologized, gave me my 2nd egg before leaving the business. Today they refused to give me my 2nd egg that I paid for. PLEASE check your bags before leaving the business!!!!

The food had zero taste. The catfish is frozen patty type tilapia from Sams deep fried. The service is absolutely awful, probably because 16% gratuity is already factored in and they dont have to actually provide service. Saw the server three times. Once when she took our order, second when we asked for another drink, which never came, had to get up and go to bar to get our own. Third time when she brought ticket. The only reason this place has customers is because its the only place to get seafood in Columbus, MS. I generally dont review restaurants but only go if you are desperate for crab legs, and I mean DESPERATE.

This place has good boils. I really love the corn and potatoes that comes in the meal with the breaux all in sauce. That's the bomb. It's kinda pricey but everything is these days. They do run specials.

Breaux Bridge sports good Cajun fare and USED to have bottomless buttered yeast rolls...very disappointed they have been removedAll the flavors, shrimp, and veggies were delicious, quite buttery and unhealthy, just the way we like itCrawfish were on the small side and slightly overdone tonight. On a previous visit they were betterBring back the rolls! At least as an appetizer

I go here alllll the time. Tonight' I went and the shrimp was rubbery-mine and my husband. I called the mgr that was filling in she say. She say I can get them to redo them, or cook them some more-I told her they don't need cooking because they seem to be over cooked. She took my bag-didn't take my husband bag. She brings my bag-the same bag and tells me they re heated the bag. At this point, I'm like heated-so it's the same shrimp but even more rubbery. So I taste one-spit it out because it was like rubber. She then told me, "that's all the kitchen can do", I said you mean to tell me all they can do is heat it up? She said, yes. I can give you a discount-because we were the only one complaining. Oh ok. I told her I don't want this to take it back and take it off my ticket. She said ok. My husband, whom never complain asked what about his shrimp. She tells him, you ate yours. He ate 2 shrimp, 2!! He ate his snow crabs, corn and potatoes. She said I can give you a discount. He said he rather have some better shrimp. He told her ok and took the loss. He didn't and will never argue. I was soo disappointed. I did get a salad. This the second time and I was going very often. The first time the mgr told us they had a bad batch, other people was eating the but me and my friends can't eat rubbery shrimp. The only complaint I have about the first time is-if the mgr knew it was bad batch, why serve it. She did give us discount and took the shrimp off. This young lady was poor at managing. She didn't offer us a replacement or anything. Talking about the kitchen can't do anything but heat it back up. Girl Bye! I'm not saying I'm never going back, but it will be a loooooooong time before they get my business.

I order from breaux bridge every other day, if not daily. Every time the manager Whitney is there I have a horrible experience and is met with a rude attitude anytime I have an issue with my food or even just getting the food that I have paid for. She is very unprofessional and confrontational when it comes to customer service. Even when she is wrong she refuses to take accountability and make it right. I've had to get the general manager each and every time when dealing with her and she still refuses to obey her direct orders. This is the last experience that I will have with this restaurant because I will not be returning. I spend too much money with this restaurant to have to endure poor service and to be talked to so rude and aggressively.
