Bounz

I came here with a tiny friend of mine randomly because we could. Teachers get a discount here and it's close enough that a coworker was able to join us with her kids, as well. (There's also a coupon in the Memphis Entertainment Book). There's two rooms and you can go back and forth but for the most part I told my mini me that we she had to stay in one room for a certain amount of time to reduce going back and forth over and over. We all had a great time and there were plenty of bouncies for them to jump all over.

Website has open Bounz rates but doesn't specify only available on Fridays. So last Saturday, I took my son and was informed it's only available without a party on Friday nights between 6:30-8pm. Tonight, I pulled up shortly after 6:30 and the lights were turned off and no sign was posted. Apparently, only some Friday nights they actually stay open for open Bounz nights. Two weeks in row, I have tried to visit this establishment with no luck. I definitely won't try again. Seems like to me if u don't pay for a party then you won't be jumping here.

We have had our son's birthday party here for the past 3 years and we love it! A lot of space, friendly staff and they clean up!

We had such an incredible experience for my son's 4th birthday party! We rented the smaller room since he has a 1 year old sister and many of his friends have younger siblings. This was PERFECT for both the 4 year olds and 1 year olds (and even adults!). We had everything that we needed and they kept the line of communication open during the entire event! They made me feel so comfortable asking for anything random that I needed! I absolutely recommend it!

Arrived 2pm and spent 1.25 hours in bounce area for my grand son's birthday. 3:15 had to ask if room was ready. They opened the room but said the pizzas have not arrived. Employees seem to not care and have other things to do like be on the phone. Young Female at the counter had an attitude when I had her find the person working the room we were in.

My daughter had her 4th birthday here! She loved it! I'm actually going back this week for my nephews birthday that he chose to have here as well!.

Great place for a kid's birthday party! We loved that it was just our group in the play area, and we had an entire room for pizza and cake.

I was at a party for my nephew he just turn 5 It was nice but the rooms smell like feet we had a wonderful time once we got pass the smell and when it was time to leave they rushed us out by turning on the vacuum cleaner in the room but was not moving it

The Bonuz is a excellent place to have a birthday celebration for your children. The staff members are very nice and professional. The facility is very clean and bright. The birthday rooms are large enough to hold 20 to 25 excited bithday attendies. The rental bounce area has plenty of room plus padded colorful flooring. Pizza if purchased with the packet arrives hot and ready to eat. Thank you Bonuz for a excellent time with my grandson birthday.
