What a great hidden gem in Memphis area! We found it by accident and we were glad we did!We had their kimchi fried rice which is super tasty and bibimbap bulgiogi which is great in portion and tasty as well.We also ordered their fresh kimchi and oh my...it was so good!!!Later, we've ordered their Korean street corn ands it was so good!Place is known for their Korean fried chicken but we didn't have time nor stomach capacity to order some yesterday! But that's a reason for us to go back next time!Place was clean and nice and the vibes or ambiance was nice.Service person can use some more smiles when talking to customers but he was friendly enough for us not to make a big deal of it Overall great!

Bonchon open in Memphis so try out this place... the closest bonchon before was in Smyrna, Nashville area,so this is great.. the same service and ambience so that is great to experience Korean Fried Chicken..also has Japchae and Tteokbokki to try

Went to have lunch here last month. It was okay. Some of the dishes we tried were more tasty than others. We tried the 8 piece chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce. That was pretty delish. Also had the pork belly baos which were yummy. The bread of the bao was fluffy and melted in my mouth. The side of pickled radish was so delicious. Also ordered the bulgogi bibimbap. It was not very good as they do not use a stone bowl to cook the dish. It would have been better if the rice had a crispy bottom. The beef was okay. I would not order this dish again. The place was busy and clean. The servers were nice. The restaurant is fairly new and it took awhile for our food to be prepared. Just growing pains they need to work on and things will be better. The prices are a bit high but supplies are expensive nowadays.

I tried both the Japchae and wings and was very pleased. The glass noodles, veggies, and meat in the Japchae was very tasty & filling. The crunch of the wings was very desirable. I liked it so much, I've ordered 2 more times since my first visit. The staff was friendly and the decor was very bright and inviting.

Bonchon was just ok. I went back after a good experience the first time. The wings were still good to me. Very crispy and the soy garlic was good. But the stuff outside of the wings weren't good. The fried rice without the meat was blah. The fries weren't good to me either. The service was good tho.

I have been eyeing this spot for a while now. I ordered the eight piece wings and got the spicy and soy garlic. The soy garlic wings were exceptional! The flavor was delicious and the wings had a nice crunch on the outside. A little disappointed on the spicy wings. They were a little soggy. The flavor was there, but the crisp was missing. I think this place has potential to be great, just needs a little attention to detail on the food.

Starting out, the young man behind the counter was polite and happy to take our order. While looking over the menu and explaining this was our first time, didn't seem to illicit any help with the menu we did immediately realize it's not that complicated. We ordered the honey soy glazed tenders and the Yang yum wings. The wings were on point! Sauce was delicious! The tenders were slightly overcooked making them tough. It was pretty empty but also loud from the music. Having a conversation is not easy.

Ordered the chicken wings soy garlic flavor and it was delish. We've gone back two days in a row! We also tried the Japchae and it was also delish. We used to live in Northern Virginia and Bonchon was a family favorite. So happy Bonchon is finally in Memphis. Great food...just needs great customer service to match the great food. Dining area is nice and clean and not so loud. Good place to eat or order for your party needs. Thank you!

Placed an order through Uber. They gave the wrong order to our Uber delivery guy so we personally went to the store to get our order and bring back the wrong order to them. No one apologized or talked to us about the situation. We got our original order HOWEVER, they got our order wrong for the SECOND time! Our order should've been half korean bbq and half spicy. They gave us a whole box of spicy chicken. THE SPICE WAS HELL.DO BETTER!
