Initial impression was the blonde receptionist with the false lashes treated us "less than, like we didn't belong there". Didn't crack a smile until we entered the changing room. Definitely gave us the feeling she was better than us. This person shouldn't work with the public. As far as the massage and facial everyone was nice and friendly. I've had plenty in my home state so everyone does them differently; however, they treated us very kindly.

Had such an amazing experience today! Massage with Narinda was incredible and relaxing ‍ microdermabrasion facial with Brenda was so soothing and I ended up glowing! And then the blowout with Caitlin was great!!! My daughter got her nails and hair done too! We had such a great day!! Thank you all! I want to come back everyday

Very respectful staff. Sheri was amazing! Deep tissue was very much needed. She took the time to explain it all to me and show me the differences. Would highly recommend. I will be going back this evening for a mani pedi.Edit had mani pedi done and it was amazing. Felt great after and really appreciated the staff.

These people are the worst !!!!!!!! ive had a few appointments with them and it was great. I missed ONE appointment do to a Death in the Family and because of the hard time i was having with the passing of my Uncle i was not thinking or had my appointment on my mind. They charged me full price and when i called to explain and apologize they refused to give me my money back .The girl who answered the phone simple did not care and said "well it is what it is" she also said you made the appointment and didn't make it and i told her i also didn't confirm either. I have NEVER missed an appointment before. I have always called to re-schedule if i was not able to make it. So if you are thinking of making an appointment please make sure to cancel on time if not able to make it because they don't care or have any sympathy. Better make it even if you are dead!!!!!!!!

I went to a spa for the first time. It was a gift and I was a little nervous about going. I loved, loved the massage. It was wonderful! I was so relaxed I didn't want it to end! I then went for a facial! I had had one before but this was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. I would definitely go back for these treatments , for they were a treat! Now. I also got a pedicure and manicure. The manicure wasn't bad. I thought a little sloppy but not the greatest I have ever had. I had never gotten a pedicure and now probably won't ever again. She was rough and acted like she was mad the whole time. She never talked and if I didn't hold my hand or foot like she wanted she shook it until I did. I filled out a form and said I was diabetic. She cut the tops of three of my toes on one foot and they bleed. I had a call out on my little toe on one foot. She took out a file and proceeded to file it. She filed so hard she filed a sore on my little toe. This has been three weeks and it hasn't healed completely. The tops of my other toes have scabs but this one I can't wear a shoe because it rubs it. I will NEVER, NEVER go there for a pedicure. I'm afraid now. Just Beware when you go. I have read she is really good with hair cuts but she is AWFUL with pedicures and manicures.

The atmosphere is nice and sanitary. Everyone was friendly, but not exactly helpful. I asked for a skin-smoothing product after I was waxed, but no one seemed to know what products were available or if they even had any skin smoothing serum or lotion. They didn't even know the name of a product I could go find elsewhere for skincare. I had an appointment with Allison for a waxing. It was great conversation, and she is a great gal, just not the best at waxing. I thought she did good, and it all seemed ok. But, upon further inspection, I noticed that she missed a lot, even places I had specifically asked her to pay special attention to. I called back after my appointment to ask her to fix it. I didn't get to speak to Allison, but the woman at the front desk said the only way Allison could fix it was if I came in before 9 am the next morning. I explained I had to drive an hour for this appointment. Why couldn't someone else fix it? It was Allison or no one, and I couldn't drive another hour a second time for that. I think the woman working at the front desk badly mishandled the situation. I think Allison would have happily fixed it if she would have been given the opportunity.
