Boardable 615

My husband and I are in love with this place! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff and atmosphere are top notch! We've been here several times, and the food is always delicious! Highly recommend this place.P.S. - There was a local unhoused man who came in while we were there, and the staff was quick to ask him if he was hungry and offered him a meal. That alone, will be why they will continue to get our business!

PREFACE: There have been many businesses come and go in Dickson, some needed to, some I hated to see go. Then you have a glorious unicorn in Boardable 615 that not only has staying power but has it while being adaptable to the point of almost reinvention. Bear with me, I'll get to the food...at first this place was, to oversimplify it, exclusively a made to order charcuterie board seller. Now they have, due in no small part to how awesome their product is, morphed into a full on restaurant that combines their made to order charcuterie's with shopping in the front, dinning in the middle and a LOADED full bar in the back. (Seriously good stuff kept on hand for whisky and cocktail drinkers alike, "top shelf on every shelf kinda stuff")Finally, the food, in a word: FANTASTIC! I'm a huge sucker for paninis and this place offers some of the best I've ever had with your choice of soups, salads or chips in accompaniment. They also have various small plates that all seem to somehow capture the charm of the charcuterie boards they made (and still make) their name producing.The staff, while minimal, (this is intentional due to the intimate setting) are fantastic. In particular the owner needs mentioned here because she's extremely nice all while being in the trenches doing everything to serve her customers needs.In summary, to have a place like this in a small town that seems to gobble up and spit out a lot of small business is inspiring. To anyone reading this: Boardable 615 more than deserves your business regardless of if you are dining in or ordering a charcuterie.To Boardable 615: keep doing what you're doing...you are truly a standout in not only Dickson but all of Middle Tennessee.

Absolutely perfect. Delicious variety of charcuterie boards. Drinks made to perfection. Ambience is fabulous. Servers are welcoming, knowledgeable and delightful. Dickson is very fortunate to have a a magical gem on its Main Street. Our family will always pay a visit to this remarkable restaurant and shop.

The food was excellent. Fresh and tasty. Friendly service. I had the turkey salad (tossed)my husband had the Italian Panini.Totally recommend. Will be back next trip to Dickson.

We brought a party of 8 there, the waiter was rude and disrespectful. If it wasn't a birthday party I would of expressed my dismay and his tip would of been zero.We frequent Dickson to eat and unfortunately the 615 will not be in our rotationStrongly suggest some of your staff reconsider their choices in work if they are that unhappy

We stopped in Dickson on our way from Texas to Virginia and were blessed to stumble upon this amazing place! Our boards were delicious...added a jar of the hot bacon jam to our tab because it was to die for! I loved the options of whiskey flights. The owner is the sweetest and we loved sharing stories with her. Will definitely come back on our next Virginia trip!!!

Wonderful sanctuary in Dickson. Evan did a great job with the cocktails, and the small plates were perfect. Great atmosphere and really good service.
