Decent food. Older place needs updating but friendly service. Good is good most of the time. Try it

If you are in Lexington on a Sunday morning looking for breakfast and you prefer a local restaurant instead of a fast food chain this was the only place open. We found it by accident as we were headed out of town. We went with the breakfast buffet and I ordered a side of home fries. The buffet had biscuits, pancakes, eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, gravy, and chocolate. Everything was good except the chocolate needed a little more sugar and a little less flour. I'm probably unfairly comparing it to the chocolate my granny used to make. I'm very glad this place was open for us to get a decent breakfast.

The trick to finding this place is that all the exterior signs call it "TD's". Inside, all the signs say "Bluegrass Diner.The exterior sign shown on another review is now falling apart and is illegible. Food is good. Service is fast and friendly. I ordered breakfast from the menu; didn't do the buffet.

I was dragged here by family. Believe the other reviews and just stay away. Pretty sure I saw some cockroaches near the eggs on the breakfast buffet bar and a woman snot out of her nose before refurbishing the sausage. Just don't.... go to Huddle House.

You can't get any closer for a home cooked breakfast than this place. Buffet is work every penny. Shawna was a perfect waitress despite having a diner full of people. She is work tipping.

This is my favorite place to eat in Lexington service is great . Most the time when we eat out it's there it's like home.

I think they serve prison food. Their breakfast buffet is cold. Powder eggs hard biscuits and this thin cold syrup they call chocolate gravy.

went there on a Thursday lunch buffet.had chicken an dressing.had no taste.bad food.but friendly staff.may not try again.wife had a hamburger an baked potota she liked it.I didn't.

Was asked to leave because my service animal barked twice. Another customer was attempting to pet him while I was asking them not to do so. The hostess was telling me to leave before the dog even barked. As I had my attention on her the customer them approached my service animal bent over to extend her arm towards my dog. My friend was asking them not to pet the dog. When my service animal barked at the customer I then asked her not to pet him because he was working. He barked at the customer a second time when the lady got closer and continued trying to pet him. This place doesn't abide by the law nor do they care about the disabled.
