Blue Bank Fish House & Grill

Visited for the first time today. Wanted a table inside (which was available) and the server complained to the hostess so we were pushed outside. My wife and I both ordered fish dishes which came out quickly. While we were eating we heard another table complain about an hour wait for burgers. What I think was the manager came out and didn't do the best job of customer service.Flies were everywhere. All of the food was like warm, fish was cheesy and the chicken tasted like Banquet frozen chicken.When I received the ticket, it was incorrect. There was an up charge for the all you can eat, which I expected. The thing I didn't expect was the addition charges for the two meats I ordered since they had already charged me for the two meats amount. I questioned and the server took it off, but the thing that caught me was she stated it had been doing it all day. If you knew this, why didn't you check before bringing the check to the table?Saw a couple of tables get up and walk out because of slow food service.Now let me say, the server was very responsive and room care of anything that was wrong, so I did NOT punish her on the tip.Not sure if I'd recommend this place which is unfortunate because the view was amazing and I have family members that stated it was good.Everyone has an opinion and this one is my from my specific experience. Your experience may be better.

We had dinner here the first night,the food was a little slow coming out. We had grilled chicken blt and the jumbo fried shrimp with baked potatoes and side salad.Food was ok, I wouldn't call the shrimp jumbo though.My baked potato was hot, the other one was not?? On the last night we did a take out order. Cheeseburger and a Steak with baked potato (which was better this time). The steak was $42!! I know prices have gone up, however this was definitely on the steep side! The best part was the nice view of the lake.

The food is ok,the service it slow,but the inside and outside is very well decorated and very cool.has lake view and a lot of outdoor and indoor seating

Food is AMAZING! Make sure to try the homemade strawberry butter (made with real chunks of fruit) and the Country Catfish dinner plate. You get so much food for $22. I could definitely split a plate with a female friend, there's so much. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our server was great! We appreciate your hard work and commitment to providing quality service and food to our community! Thanks so much.

I used to enjoy going here. The view is incredible and the service used to be phenomenal. Unfortunately I went last night and was not impressed at all. The food was not that great, it was way over priced and the staff was not that friendly. I will be going to other places in the area & hopefully they will get things back to normal here soon.

The steak was cooked well. It seemed as if it were pan seared then placed on the grill. Wish they would ask if that were the case I like just grilled. The plates could use some presentation. There was not many ppl there but I can see it being a nice place to pull your boat up to in the summer listen to good music and have drinks and food in a relaxed setting.

We took our brother and sister-in-law to dinner and they loved the food, music, and view. The weather was awesome and the view of the lake, whoa. We all had a nice time and a gentleman was out playing "live" music and singing some good old tunes......if you in the area check them out, if you go on the weekend make reservations.

It was So friendly and cozy there. I enjoyed my visit. The nature views were amazingly wonderful. I had the catfish, so good.

We waited over an 1 1/2 hours for our food. We were continuously told they were out of items, plates, cups, etc. Our server was not attentive and we would have to find other servers just to get service.

Took over an hour and we were the first and only people there and bad food.Around was not great with lots of piles of rocks outside that were 2-3 feet tall which could hurt
