They use a powdered flavoring rather than actual fruit for their smoothies, which in some cased can be forgivable.What is not forgivable is a smoothie with a very liquidy consistency and old, hardened, crunchy tapioca that you cannot suck into the straw.

Choices! There were plenty to be had. As for me, I like things a little fruity, so I went with a pineapple smoothie with cherry flavored "beads" and was very pleased with the flavor selection! I guess you can't really go wrong unless you pick an odd flavor pairing and that is up to you. They also sell macarons in lots of different flavors. I tried the almond wedding cake and it was very tasty! I would eat all of the flavors, but they were a bit too pricey. The restaurant itself is in the middle of the wolfchase mall near the kids play area and so it's not very uniquely situated but out of the eyeline's view. Just remember to take the stairs down and following the sound of kids screaming. Other than that, it's a very one stop sweet shop that is sure to satisfy.

Thanks to my fellow yelpers, I was introduced to the goodness that is bubble tea. Now I will admit that this was my first time trying bubble tea. For my first try I ordered the most unauthetic bubble tea flavor - vanilla bubble tea smoothie with strawberry pearls. However, I will say it was delicious and I became an instant fan. On my next trip I went the authetic route and tried a banana bubble tea smoothie with Tapioca. Again delicious!Please note that this location is in the WolfChase Galleria mall right next to the kids playground and train boarding area. I will also mention the fact that the staff are super friendly and helpful. They sell Smoothies or milk teas, Sno Cones, Hot tea and Macarons. If you never tried Bubble Tea, you need to. It is my new favorite drink :)

I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed! Taro Boba-Tea is like a bowl full of fruit loops! I love it!!! I sure wish that although it's a lactose milk product they use for thir drinks... other options would be nice as well. Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, soy milk or others. I'm sitting here enjoying my drink and a random stranger walked up and asked what I was drinking. ..I couldn't help but turn into a car salesman lol... giving her my honest opinion on the amazing flava-flav of Taro! Mmmm...Mmmm...good!!!!

Blooming bubble tea where doI begin.....welll....I was pleased to find a bubble tea spot in Memphis but the quality was not great. If you are a bubble tea/smooth/slush drinker like myself then you'll only come here because you have a craving and not because it's good. To begin the menu there was basic as hell, just flavors and not combinations to create a delicious drink...that's the first observation. I ordered a pineapple milk tea with mango pops and it was okay. It was extremely sweet and it slacked flavor....as if they used more sugar to disguise the fact that the pineapple flavor was scarce. Secondly, it was a cheap powdery slushy consistency and the pops were old and didn't pop....they just deflated in my mouth...terrible. Thirdly, I paid for extra pops and the employee was a light light handed and said that those stale ass pops were 82 cents a scoop (that's expensive for that Terrible quality) and couldn't give more. Lastly, it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either....just order something that you assume should taste okay.

Blooming Bubble Tea is amazing and to die for. I also thought they had popsicle- anyways everything is great! I also love the pictures on Yelp for them. Really good

I've been coming here for several years now and honestly it's the new employees behind the counter that are killing the business. I came to order the exact same drink I've always ordered and the young Hispanic lady made it wrong and when I tried to let her know it was wrong she told me it was too late because she had already made it. I was really disappointed because they know I always come here and spend money and to receive that kind of service was just very disheartening. The owner was in there too but I do not think he heard her. I just took the drink and threw it in the garbage and won't be returning here anymore. Luckily there are other shops at Wolfchase that sell boba so that's the only positive note.

My go to beverage is Thai milk tea NO boba. I see most of the bad reviews are because people don't like the boba. This place has 100% better tasting Thai Milk Tea than Chang's. Ranking this particular drink I would say 1: This place 2: Tenn Tea then 3: Chang's. This place is right outside the closed Sears and the play area. Park entrance near Cheesecake Factory to get there or Macy's bottom floor and walk through.

Worst boba I have ever had. It literally tastes like flavored water. Tastes nothing like milk tea.

This is the second or third time I've gone to this place on a Sunday at 5:15 and they have already closed.The hours on the internet displays 6pm which is false advertisement because they close around 5pm or 5:15pm on Sundays.They should change the hours of business on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm so that I will go earlier and not be disappointed when I go at 5:15pm and the place is closed.
