Biscuits-n-Jam

I love this place especially the Bartlett location. We came as a group on a Monday and the service and food was good. Between us we odered the following:* French Toast Flight - FYE!!!!! * Chicken Pesto Panin - FYE!!!* Turkey Brunch Burger - FYE!!!!! * Steak & Eggs - FYE!!!!* Grits - Horrible - no one liked it. Very bland *Mimos Flight - FYE!!!

We arrived as a walk in at about 10 am on a Sunday without a reservation. Wait for a table for a party of 2 was only about 15 minutes which wasn't bad. We sat down and ordered drinks. After our server delivered them, she then informed us that there was a 15-20 minute wait for any order with a biscuit and they were completely out of eggs which knocked out about half of the menu. We wish the hostess would have mentioned that when we put our names on the waitlist, or that our server had mentioned that up front prior to our ordering drinks because we probably would have just gone somewhere else. That being said, the biscuits we did finally get and the bacon were quite good. Obviously eggs are at a premium right now, but they should have done a better job of being honest with people up front.

The eggs and biscuits were gray-colored. Biscuit was the worst of I've ever tried - only ate 2 bites

First time coming to this location. We didn't have a reservation but only had to wait 20 minutes. The food was excellent. I had the B& J and my husband enjoyed his turkey burger. Overall the experience and service was excellent I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I have wanting to check this place out and we finally got to. Its SUPER cute inside, and theres usually always parking around that area in the morning. We walked in without a reservation, on a Saturday, and didn't have trouble getting a seat. I think if we were a larger group than 2 it might've been a little different. We ordered the shrimp and crawfish benny, french toast, and a breakfast sammy to split. Everything was pretty good, but nothing was mind blowing to where we both were like "Man, we will definitely get that again." We both left the meal enjoying what we ate but not enough to where we need to run back again anytime soon.

Loved this brunch spot!! It was exactly what I was looking for!! I woke up craving pancakes or waffles which can be tricky for me as a vegan.. but this place had it all!! Gluten free and vegan options, I had the Blueberry Hill waffles and they were amazing.. lemon and blueberry!! Yum!! My husband had the B&J breakfast which he said was basic but good, then he also got the Country Mane fried chicken with gravy in a biscuit and he LOVED IT!!! We also got a mimosa flight which was great :) will definitely be back next time we're in town!! Ps. I forgot our waiter's name but it was his 3rd day working and he was great!!! Thanks for everything :)

Ok look, we have been in Memphis for two days and have been looking for good breakfast spots. I wanted to give this place at least 4 stars but can't. It's a 3 star for me due to the running out of biscuits 20 minutes after we ordered, the latte was just coffee, and fatty chicken thigh on the Rise-N-Shine. We spent close to 1.5 hours there mostly waiting on food and coffee that wasn't very hot. The server was very polite and apologetic and the chairs and vibe was chill, but that didn't make up for the subpar experience and food.

Horrible food and horrible service!! Don't know how this place stays in business. Several groups got up and left because their food was late and one group waiting to be served left.

There is seems to be a wait regardless of whether or not there are available tables; maybe has something to do with available staff? Food is good but portions are small and plates, mugs, cups come dirty bc of food/grease being smeared and split during plating and serving. The menus are all messed up, coffee was cold, food took a really long time to come out and there is an 18% gratuity defaulted on the bill. Based on the cute decor it seems like the owner wanted this place to be nice (even the bathrooms are cute and stylish) but somehow it's not being managed/maintained.
