Birdsong Resort Marina & Rv Campground

Great Resort/Campsite next to Kentucky Lake. Great Staff and Great Owners! Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and concerned for your experience at Birdsong Resort & Marina. We had a great site, lake view,power/water/sewer/fire pit. Very clean and well maintained. Especially the pool, I'm a CPO, Certified Pool Operator and I'm picky when it comes to swimming in public pools, theirs is very clean. Rented a pontoon boat and explored Kentucky Lake & Tennessee River. Went to dinner at the Grey Heron on the river via boat! Other campers there are very welcoming and helpful if you need anything. Don't forget to visit the Fresh Water Pearl Museum on property.

Wonderful RV Resort and Marina right on Lake Kentucky! BOB was wonderful in helping us get settled! Definitely will keep this as a Must Come Back to Place!

Great location next to river.The owners are great and stopped by our site to make sure we got in okay.Free washer and dryer too!!

Birdsong is a great place on the TN river, situated on Birdsong creek off the main channel so you get somd peaceful sunrises and sunsets. They have a full service marina with marina store, including fishing supplies, drinks, snacks and yes they have beer. ( lots of stops along TN river are in dry counties)They have fuel, transient docks and access to a pool, community center, playground and larger store at the pearl museum for parts and repairs. The resort part of Birdsong has cabins and trailers that can accommodate small to large groups, all with full kitchens, heat and AC.The owners are accessible and eager to please, and there are space for RV's and even an area for tents.A beautiful spot for boaters, campers and vacationers.

I'm not sure what I'm missing but we put in at birdsong today and was not impressed. It was nasty. Maybe we put in at the wrong place but there were dead fish and trash everywhere. The water looked like chocolate milk. There was a sign on the dock that said no swimming. Why would anyone swim in that?

We vacationed there over the summer. It was the best. Loved the location and our place we rented. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We had a great vacationed and loved the pontoon boat we rented!!!

I have known the owner for several years and I can assure you that the owner is the most genuine, friendly and reasonable person you will ever meet. You will never be ripped off and you will always hear an honest answer. Beautiful location right next to the Kentucky lake. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

What a nice surprise as we traveled along highways 40. It's a bit of a drive off the highway but we'll worth it. Bob and his staff are some of the nicest people along with the fellow campers staying at the resort on lake Kentucky. Highly recommend stopping in and spending some time here.
