Bim Bam Burgers

Food okay. Service terrible. We sit down and ask for water. "Not soda?" "No, water please.." "Bottle water okay?" "Tap please" "we don't serve tap, what drink would you like to buy?" At this point I'm just kind of annoyed because I'm feeling bullied into a purchase for a quick dine and go, so I say "I'm good. No drink then" then she comes back with tap water? Which they do apparently serve? It's a silly and small exchange but bizarre. Then we ordered food for both myself, my husband, and my toddler. I know for sure we ordered the toddler chicken nuggets because she said "with ketchup" excitedly to the waitress. Kids food doesn't come out. We're eating spicy food so she can't eat off our plates. We ask about it, they claim we never ordered it. We know we did. No apology. We cannot wait another 15 minutes for my daughter's food to come out, so we leave feeling like it was a bizarre interaction & with a cranky toddler.

Came into town to visit our son at Ole Miss.. Had the burnt tip omelet. Very delicious !! Will come back. Hotty Toddy!!

Great burgers, friendly service, clean environment. Would definitely come back next time in Oxford

Our server was fantastic - she was friendly, timely and attentive throughout our time there. I feel like the breakfast food was very average, yet two people with tip cost us over $40. I know others have commented about them not serving free tap water and only offering bottled water. It is just odd to me. A glass of orange juice is $5.50. Good local place, but I don't feel like the value is there for the prices.

Unbelievably long wait for a simple hamburger & fries. Handy Andy for me from this point on.

This new breakfast Bim Bam is offering is great. Yall give it a try. They open at 7am.

Horrible experience. Service was ridiculously slow. Breakfast food took an hour. They sent away over 15 customers in 15 minutes.

Terrible customer service. Our party was seated at 9:30am, given breakfast menus and the waitress went to seat other patrons and said she would be back. Waitress then proceeded to take other orders and clear tables... Someone from our party got up and approached her and said we were ready to order. She said she would be with us shortly. She then proceeded to clear tables, serve others and seat and take other orders. She was approached again and told we're were ready to order breakfast to which she responded, "Breakfast is over. I can take lunch orders." We explained that we had been waiting to order for a while now and were expecting breakfast. It was 10:15 at this point game day breakfast ends at 10:30, we had been waiting a while and being ignored. She went to speak with someone in the kitchen. The kitchen worker then came to the table to say they weren't serving breakfast because the computer system couldn't recognize breakfast after a certain time.... She was absolutely unprofessional about it. I understand busy weekend but train the staff to deal with customers better. The waitress made eye contact with us multiple times and chose to engage other customers even after she was approached twice saying we were ready to order. The way the kitchen worker handled it was a mess. We ended up just leaving and so did at least 15 other people who were waiting for tables and witnessed how the situation was handled. No one wanted to sit and take a chance on their own service. The way you handle one party, and people witness, greatly affects the public's opinion and desire to patronize your establishment. That being said, on game days when people are beating down doors to get breakfast, this wasn't a good look and word will spread like wildfire...(The waitress acted like she didn't recognize us when we approached her the second time to say we were ready to order. She tried saying we had just slipped in late and breakfast was over. When she actually approached the table she noticed our daughter who was the one to actually get the table for us. She said, Oh yeah. I remember seating y'all. That solidifies that she remembered seating us and giving breakfast menus, but chose to ignore the table for over 30min.)

Good food and good service l. Would definitely recommend if you come to Oxford! Was a very well kept building and felt very homey.
