EXCELLENT BBQ.I've had a lot of bbq, from a lot of places. Big Max BBQ is among the best I've had.It wasn't too greasy, not too much fat, and not too dry. It had the perfect flavor and consistency.Highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner!
