Don't miss this place! Best BBQ chicken and plenty of home cooked sides to choose from. Be sure and get a taste of the baked beans and candy yams. Between the both of us we tasted almost all the sides and they were delicious! The hospitality of Big Daddy and company was the most enjoyable part of the stop. We ate on the inside counters and enjoyed our visit with everyone there! Picnic tables out back for your enjoyment. Made our MS trip a memorable one!

Big Daddy Soul Food is an excellent place to eat and certainly worth a stop or even driving out of your way. The food is top notch and the owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! I'd give them 6 stars if Yelp would let me.

Delicious home style cooked southern food. Dropped in during middle of the day and was given some of the best service I've had in a while by the owners of the restaurant. Ms. Patty in the back is said to know Martha Stewart personally, I'm not sure how true that is but I'll take it. Had some meatloaf, red beans and rice, and candy yams. Everything was amazing especially the red beans...and being Latin I know red beans really well. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, and 4 mics makes this one of the best local places to grab some home made food.
