Big Bill's Bar-Be-Que

I chose to come in based on the reviews. I live in Bartlett, but I was in Cooper Young area when I decided I was in the mood for BBQ. I drove the extra 15 minutes to get here. The place looked clean. There were just a few people inside so my wait was short. After I ordered a rib plate, it came out within 10 minutes. I enjoyed the ribs and my sides. The ribs were tender and the sauce was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place. It is a small establishment, so it's f you have a large party, you should order for carry out. Go 901!!

The bbq and smoked sausage are really good here. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The sauce was a little spicy and the rib tips were the perfect size to feel like it's more than enough. I made sure to save some to bring back to Houston. This was through delivery but it was packed well and no leaking with the sauces and sides of Mac and cheese which was ok and bbq baked beans which I would def get again. The smoked sausage had the slaw and toasted bun. I was really hoping I didn't leave with tasting some good bbq and glad I came across Big Bill's.

Delicious and the sweetest folks. Highly recommend. Was looking for a quick bite close by Graceland. Give this place a try!!

This was my first time purchasing food from Big Bill's BBQ and I was not disappointed. The food was served hot and it was delicious. I ordered two jumbo beef bbq sandwiches combos. The sandwiches were fresh and season to perfection. The fries were season and very fresh. I was truly impressed with the service I received when I first walked through the door. The cashier who took my order was very attentive and friendly. When I went they were doing some remodeling and it looks as though it's going to make a customer have a great dining experience. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing.

Small BBQ place that has some great stuff. Their beef bbq nachos were interesting. You can order them mild or hot. I went for the mild with jalapeño peppers on top. Tasty!

Let's see, to begin with the food here was super good. The ribs were fall off the bone and very smoky. The green beans were so well seasoned! The Cole slaw was very cold and delicious. I had a brisket sandwich that was perfect. Prices were good . You pay and order at the counter. The girl at the counter was sweet and friendly. We are traveling and this was a great choice!

Hubs brought home the chicken dinner and sides... it was very good and saved me from cooking.

There is change, and then there is REAL CHANGE, they have made 360 degree change from days yesterday. Fresh products updated nice restaurants and much friendlier SERVICE!! Bar in at least one restaurant location of theirs, that I have visited. Very attractive interior of restaurant. Keep up the GREAT work BIG BILLS!!

I'm only giving three stars because I ordered the brisket when I really should've stayed true to myself and stuck to the ribs. Although the brisket was very dry and lacked flavor, the people in my party who ordered the ribs were very satisfied. Their sides were tasty though!

Fantastic flavor!! Everyone was super nice inside too. Honestly, a gem next to Graceland and we enjoy it over any other BBQ in Memphis because they know how to cook and it's not overpriced.
