BB's Burger Shack

A group of us traveled from TX to visit family and needed a good meal after a long day. We didn't want to have to add more drive to go to a good restaurant in a bigger town, but a couple of us were only eating fish on Fridays during the Lenten season. Tell you what--we were thrilled when we happened to drive by BB's Burger Shack & found out they had "Fish Fry Fridays"! And the fish was DEEEE-LISH-US, too! So good that most of us had already devoured a good portion before we thought about taking pictures! (I included the 1 plate that still had at least 1 filet left ha.) We also ordered a few other things worth talking about: the fried pickles (great even compared to some of favorite big city places), mozzarella sticks (yum), onion rings (we had someone super picky about onion rings & he even liked them), the Pig (yum yum!) & a regular burger (flavor was good but it if you don't like well done, may be a little dry & a side salad (QUALITY salad hard to find at burger places). The service was great too--all of the staff was very attentive & even offered to refill our drinks to go when we were leaving. Long story short--this is a rare find in a small town. If you're in the area--GO GO GO! And if they have their fried fish --order it!

Awesome new burger spot. Best burger I've had in a long time! Love the crinkle cut fries, and the shakes are phenomenal! Can't wait to come back and try the loaded fries and the Nashville chicken sandwich!
