Bartlett Breakfast Factory

This is my third time here. I always come here for home cooked breakfast. They have some pretty good food for breakfast. Biscuits are very delicious goes awesome w/ the gravy. My favorite is the salmon croquettes. Best I've had in Memphis, so close to the ones my grandma used to make. And service was great as well . The manager comes out to feet you and see if you need anything, she's extremely friendly. The food here is remarkable. More like an old barbecue spot on the inside but that doesn't take away from that food. I can see this place going far, possibly bigger and a newer locations to hold more people in the future (just my opinion) But I will definitely be back again soon...

The restaurant has no signage to let you know to order first then take a first come first serve table. We asked others in the restaurant and proceeded to the counter. There was music playing . It wasn't loud . I could have a full conversation with my family and hear them . The food was good. The salmon croquettes were fulfilling. They weren't skimpy with the salmon . The shrimp and grits were savory .

It's been a while since there but I would say if not already done, to make sure there is constant coffee available. Also to train personnel better in making coffee. There was much coffee ground in the coffee that was finally dispensed. Also I would recommend having some sort of signature dishes to differentiate them from simple drive through places like Tops BbQ or Danver's breakfasts.

This is a hidden gem. It reminds me of places I'd eat back in NJ. The veggie omelette was so delicious and cheesy. The staff was friendly and I loved that the owners were working just as hard as the cooks. The restaurant is small and the tables took some time to get cleaned off but at least you're not sitting on top of each other. I didn't order the catfish but wished I did, it looked great. I'll definitely try this place again.

The food is cooked to order and comes just the way you want it. Service is friendly and helpful. Give this a try you won't be disappointed.

Bartlett Breakfast Factory has become our favorite Saturday breakfast spot. The team is always helpful and friendly. We recently had the opportunity to meet the own and he was so kind to share his spinach dip that is available in Walmart stores. The food is always made fresh to order. There isn't a bad thing on the menu it's just that good. You will feel like your eating at a family members house because of the inviting atmosphere. It is a smaller location so if you plan to have a group larger than 6 it may be tight to sit together. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon just before closing. This was first visit to this restaurant after Momma's BBQ closed. Everything was great! The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I ordered the catfish and grits. OMG!!!!! It was so good. Can't wait to return!Chef Flava is awesome!

Food and service was amazing. I would defiantly recommend giving them a try. Normally I would have never ordered salmon croquettes out but when I seen the owner/chef himself preparing the food I decided to give them a try. 10/10

Amazing! My fiance and I just had a disappointing visit at another restaurant where we walked out of and this place really made my heart happy again. Service was great, very efficient and food was so good, especially that fried catfish! Will visit again when I'm in the area.
