Banquet Halls of the Midsouth

We wanted a surprise 90th Birthday celebration for my grandmother. Let me say that Frances and her staff are the absolute best. From start to finish, she mapped out every detail meticulously. I had to worry about absolutely nothing. From the decor, to the food, the cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism of her staff, everything was absolutely perfect. If I ever need to host an event again, I won't have to think twice about who to call. In the time I worked with her she became like family. Thank Frances and the Bartlett Banquet Hall staff. You all are the best.

Nice spacious area. Roomy and a dance floor. Good area away for the food and drinks. Plenty of walking room. Music sound good in room. Ambience is great. If I had a function I would pick this place.

!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND A NO !!! NO !!! NO !!! My sister just recently gave her husband a 60th birthday party in November 2024. Rented out " Bartlett Banquet Hall at 2758 Bartlett Blvd. Bartlett TN 38134". Good customer service at first, once the money was paid and a problem with the facility the day of the event. All calls and requests were ignored. The event planner called to state how " Filthy" the facility was. It was an event the night before hers, and it was left in a state of " Devastation"! The event planner had to call in ppl to clean before the decorations could be done and still pushing for time. Serverl of calls was made a couple of days afterward, with no answers, no responses! Once the money is paid, there are no good CUSTOMER SERVICES at ALL from them! Finally spoke with the owner , Francis Heinrich , and she stated that she would look into the allegations and get back to her. Needles to say, it's been all most a month now, and crickets. No calls, texts, or nothing! That place is so out DATED, I had my husband birthday party there in 2010, and NOTHING has changed. For the amount of money that was paid, a person can definitely get a better venue! I added a few pictures of how the kitchen was left, floors, so just imagine the rest of the place.

The banquet hall was nice. I attended a baby shower there and the venue was spacious and clean. However, there were no paper towels in the bathroom and the stalls could have been cleaner.
