The venue was nice - very large lawn area for seating. It was difficult to see, though, when arriving after dark. Sound was good given it was an outdoor venue. The amphitheater was raised above the vendor area, so you weren't disturbed by the noise of people eating and buying food and drinks. I will give them props for having a bar serving liquor and wine in addition to the beer tent. The biggest downside was that all food and beverages were cash only. While I searched their website, it didn't say that anywhere that I could find. They did have an ATM onsite, but who wants to pay those outrageous fees. Also, the vendors seemed to be more fair food type vendors than a real venue. Given the array of shows Snowden Grove has been attracting, I would think they would have a more permanent setup for vendors and a better array of options.Parking was a far walk the night I went due to rain making the grassy parking area next to the venue off limits. Getting in and out wasn't bad. They kept the traffic moving.

Arrived for the Megadeth concert last night after being informed all day by the venue this was a "rain or shine" event and that the stadium was reconstructed specifically to handle any and all weather only to be made to wait outside in a line for hours. Even after the start time of the show, we were given no word and told to wait and wait and wait. Then the show was put on an "indefinite hold" for 1.5 hours after the show was supposed to start and we were told to go "wait in our cars" until they updated social media. We all waited and then finally were informed that the show could not continue despite their "many efforts". The amphitheater then proceeded to DELETE the post about the concert being cancelled from all their social media accounts which began creating issues for people obtaining refunds through the points of purchase and through their insurances. They kept telling Ticketmaster the show was still ongoing, which Ticketmaster delegated to us, the people with tickets. The sound techs for the bands were actively posting on socials showing the extremely wet conditions they were facing INSIDE the "covered" areas where their wiring and equipment was which I would assume is what caused the cancelation, because the venue did not supply the bands techs with a dry enough area for all their wiring. People drove HOURS to get here for this during a rain that we ALL knew about for over a week beforehand. Instead of making people come out here with false promises of a "rain or shine" performance, they should have cancelled this show in the morning so that people didn't waste their time or money. Standing in the rain for 3 hours yesterday with no movement is also why most of us woke up with raspy throats today. This was the LAST concert we will ever purchase tickets from this venue for.

Went to see Megadeth last night, 9-27-2024 and got completely screwed over along with thousands of other fans. We were told by the venue all day on social media that the show was "rain or shine" and still on yet we were forced to stand in the rain for hours only to be told the event is cancelled. Not only this but BankPlus shortly deleted the cancellation announcement shortly thereafter and as of today 9-28-2024 Ticketmaster claims the venue has not confirmed cancellation and I am yet to receive a refund. This experience was entirely unprofessional and shady and as of today I would not recommend this venue to anyone

Went for the Dave Matthew's Band concert and other than the one person that stood up in front of me for the entire concert it was a great concert. The venue was clean, people were friendly I will definitely go back.

So this is a review of the experience and not the venue itself. For review of venue see bottom. Basically- MANAGEMENT SUCKS! Skip this venue for any show until management changes or changes it's ideology on customer service! Want details, here you go.Had VIP tickets to Bret Michaels and Tora Tora. The night was damp and cold so the crowd was small and capacity was about 10%. The group of us Couldn't find our seats (no signage, no aisle helpers willing to move from under their blankets) so we went to the stage. The majority of people at the show were next to the stage standing and dancing. The front rows were unoccupied. Only scattered fans throughout the venue in actual seats. Well we tried to join the fans and try to dance and sing with the others. We were immediately stopped by an aisle guard who said we had to sit and our seats. A quick math review would tell this person that the number of people in front of the stage dancing outnumbered the # of seats in the area by more than 3x. But nope. She wasn't having any rational discussion. Our group then went a few feet over in an unoccupied section. The aisle guard quickly came to us and said those weren't our seats and we would have to move. So we moved to stand next to a group of people standing next to a rail. Well, she (the aisle guard) immediately approached us with back up and we were forced to move. Keep in mind, very very very few people were sitting down in seats. 90% of the fans were next to the stage having fun! We finally move to the last rail before the yard. Again, told we couldn't stand there and had to move. At this point a member of our group simply leveled with security and shared our experiences. He was sympathetic and apologized, stating a lot of security members have power trips and that he would let us stay. What a fucking joke. I am writing a letter to BancPlus sharing this experience and asking them to reconsider their sponsorship. Ownership, listen to the customer: hire another management team.On a positive note:The venue is set up nicely; no obstructed views, easy access to food, beverages and amenities.

Megadeth experience. After diving an hour and a half in the pouring rain, my seventeen year old son and I stood in the rain for an hour. Was told that there was an indefinite hold and we would be undated on social media. We sat in the car for another two hours. No updated until around 8pm (that gates were to open at 5:30). A post of cancellation was put on the Bankplus Facebook page briefly then taken down. Now Ticketmaster will not give refunds. This was my first time at this venue and my last.

My experience at Lainey Wilson concert as I paid $400 for VIP access that did not exist. Parking was a nightmare trying to find vip gate that did not exist. Once inside I walked 360 looking for VIP lounge that did not exist. And. I got an email to bring cash only. And at this venue they only accept credit cards so I was unable to purchase a drink in 100 degree temp. The VIP lounge did not exist so I had no seating. And went back to the car for a drink of water and the guard would not let me back into the concert. So I missed the show. A complete nightmare.

Went to Nickleback tonight. The show was great from what I saw from between heads. Could not see the stage and we were in good seats or so I thought. Not sure when they renovated but it is lacking. Our seats were on the second row of section 23.
