Baby Jacks BBQ

Wonderful ribs! Great sandwiches. Real good price for quality and amount. It's a little out of my way, but it's my go to spot for ribs.

The store is poorly managed. Sunday at noon all the bbq sauce dispensers were empty and dirty. When asked they said they simply give it to you in a cup. The napkins dispensers were empty. There was a stack of napkins next to the register. No one bothers to refill them . Employees standing around the kitchen talking. I ordered smash single with cheese with everything. It had pickles and cheese only. At this point Sonic would have been a better choice.

Bbq pork sandwich was excellent. Tried their new taco entree, Two bites , that's all. .... For $3.19 terrible deal.

We ordered online. The order was on time. However, when we opened it at home, there were items missing and items with the order that we didn't order! I had the pork sandwich and I put the meat to the test (yes, I am a certified Memphis in May BBQ judge). It was tender and cooked well but the smoke flavor was weak throughout. No smoke line was visible. In my opinion it tasted like a weakly smoked pork chop. On another note, if you don't pre-order, they don't have a live person working the counter. You order virtually with some teenager looking at a computer screen,,,, which seems to take twice the time that it would take with a live, in-person. Take the time and drive to One and Only or Germantown Commissary if you want good Q

My mother lives in the nursing home less than 5 minutes from the restaurant. Today lunch was picked by my sister for mom and a friend. Ordered two pulled pork plates and drinks. The meat appeared old and dry. The beans were cold. The rolls and slaw were ok. Total meal was bad. Not worth anywhere near the $28 it cost.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min after I was told they'd be right with me. I ended up going in to order since no one came back. Once inside I waited another 10 minutes for any help. Then was greeted with unfriendly service. So disappointing. Used to be good.

My family came this place last Saturday after attending cousin funeral (we are from Chicago) and this place is good! Also Landon was very patient in taking our orders because it is 14 of us and we did not know what we were ordering since it was our first time. But literally before the night ended my sons went back before closing to order again for the trip back home. Son had the nachos and WOW so mad we didn't get pictures

Drop by I got the regular brisket sandwich loaded baked potato and chicken nuggets they all were so good and hot some of the best onion rings I have ever had

Forgot BBQ sauce once again on BBQ nachos. You'll have to remind them more than once. Getting tired of these fast food chains constantly forgetting items. Baby jacks isn't the only one.
