I cannot give even one star. i purchased a very expensive REMY WIG from Aspen Salon which was not ordered from a catalog of my choice, however instead I was sold a wig that I tried on dur a past fitting. How did I know that, It was due to being told (by mistake I am sure) by the Aspen Salon Owner during this 2nd fitting that I had tried the particular REMY WIG on before, as in my previous experience there. I tried to ask for a Defective wig refund also due to the following issues with the REMY WIG I PURCHASED 2 weeks prior to this review.They are; *Not enough lace came with wig, already trimmed. *Belt Cap kept loosing up each time I tried wearing the wig, making it impossible for the wig to fit properly.*Customer service ignored my asking for help in these matters. * I also noticed after only wearing and brushing the wig the Aspen salon sold to me for $1000!! had lost all the major colorful highlights it had *The owner named Larenda ignored my request to see a catalog to look at and to select a NEW WIG. I could go on with a few more complaints, however, I am sure that all understand my points above. I WRITE this review because I don't want any one else to experience these types of problems.Note: The 2023 bad reviews that I had read had been removed and updated to 2024 The date can be checked when new reviews occurred. Funny I could not find one bad review in the 2024 update. To me that is strange. No business is that perfect. Feel free to email me.
