Very knowledgeable and while they may not all be perceived as friendly they will give you honest input.Their magazines are much more fairly priced than classic arms. Their ammo appears to be as well. If you are interested in a silencer, this will likely be your best bet in the area.

The service can be hit and miss. The trading prices offered are extremely low. I would never recommend trying to get a trade-in with this store. They give you pennies to the dollar.A couple of folks are working. There can also have a very hit and miss attitudeI would definitely recommend either Academy sports if you're not looking for anything exotic.Range USA have a friendly team and they gave a reasonable deal on trading guns. Much better than Arms Fair ever could be.Well, I understand businesses need to make decisions on trade-ins. That is why I have chosen to go to other dealers. They tend to be more reasonably priced, and sometimes even cheaper on the new gun. I'm looking for.It's also about not taking your long time. Customer for granted period. Being civil and courteous is really important especially to a repeat customer. You guys can be very sometimes he and I've heard some savory discussions in the shop that don't make me feel comfortable.

Andrew is the young man that helped me at Arma Fair when I picked out the product I needed. He was the only one that greeted me immediately when I came into view while walking to the counter. He listened to what I was trying to explain and walked me right over to the shelf. Andrew even stayed with me to take the time to find the right size. Andrew also made sure I had the product on correctly and did not allow me to walk out the store looking crazy. Great job Andrew! Customer service was outstanding. I can see myself coming back and asking for Andrew for more help. Thank you for a great experience.

First time visiting this store. I was greeted almost immediately even though the store was quite busy. By the time I had made my purchases I had been helped by 3 different clerks. Each one was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the items I was looking at. I highly recommend these guys. Prices were very competitive as well.

Love this place!!!!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable!! I just got a new Glock from them and they made it smooth. Great prices on magazines and ammunition too.....Give them a try.... You won't be disappointed

I've purchased multiple items here over the past few years. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and is extremely generous with their time. I did not have a solid understanding about NFA purchases, trusts, and ATF procedures. I spoke with multiple staff members over several visits and they answered each of my questions courteously and helped me navigate the complicated world of NFA purchases. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone from the novice gun purchaser to the collector. Thanks. I will be doing business with them again.

I just went in for my second NFA purchase of 2 silencers and to convert a couple weapons to sbr. They make the background check seamless. It is now all digital and they do the finger prints and passport pics at the store. They do digital submission which does decrease the wait time. These guys know their stuff. They are always polite and responsive. As far as the bad reviews given here, it's like these people are shopping at a different store. They likely got their background checks turned down or something. This is a clean family shop that runs by the rules. You really can't go wrong by them.

These guys are awesome! I went in a little before close to get started on an NFA item and they were more than glad to assist me. Very knowledgeable about the products and the process so it was easy to understand and feel confident about my purchase. The products are priced fair similar to online. I look forward to doing more business with them.

If I could give a zero star I would. Came into the store as a female veteran. Told me to get out of their store they were not selling me a gun because they assumed that I was buying it for someone and not myself. To treat a service member with that amount of disrespect is outrageous and will never recommend them.

What is it about locally owned firearm shop salesmen in Memphis? Went in to buy some ammunition and two shotguns and was treated like an imbecile. Dude, given the size of firearms in your shop you must be compensating for lack of size elsewhere. Wake up. Your customer is always right. My $5,000 spend is going elsewhere. Oh, and please wear a mask for your customers' safety.
