Traveling through and picked Arby's mainly because we had coupons and I wanted to avoid the play place at McDonald's. The place was really clean. Staff was courteous and quick. The decorated mailbox was cute. This particular store really stands out. Thank you.

Delicious. Tried the new pit smoked ham with brown sugar bacon. Arby's is truly a step above any fast food chain. This place was clean and full of friendly people. I even seen the cashier walking an elderly couples tray out to them. Where do you ever see that in a fast food setting. Very impressing.

It's OK. Food is pretty good, service is good, but it is kind of dirty. Not filthy or anything but the tables weren't cleaned very well. I would still recommend it though as the food is good and it's not that dirty.

Arby's just rolled out a buffalo chicken slider. It is fantastic, just be careful not to set the cardboard box holding the sandwich on your lap as it does leak the buffalo sauce. The building is well maintained. All of the lighting is intact, parking lot is striped, and the signage works. Pulled up to the speaker and ordered. The lady kept asking what else after each item, almost as if she was impatient, but overall got the order correct. I pulled up, the cashier was polite and professional. I received the food promptly. The order was correct. All items were accounted for and prepared correctly and at the right temperature. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling through Mayfield, KY.
