This is the WORST. I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a 6 oz. steak at Applebee's, and what I received was an absolute disgrace. The steak was completely undercooked--basically raw--and clearly not safe to eat. It was so underdone I could practically hear it mooing on my plate. Despite mentioning this to the staff, nothing was done to fix it.This was not just disappointing but outright unsafe. At a bare minimum, a restaurant should ensure their food is properly cooked. Applebee's failed spectacularly here, and the fact that they sent this out of the kitchen is beyond unacceptable. I will never return, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they enjoy being served raw meat and fries that barely pass as edible. Absolutely terrible! ALSO, IT TOOK 3 HOURS TO GET MY FOOD

Had the fiesta lime chicken with Spanish rice Wasn't going to review this place because I was out with my GF who has a million instagram followers. There was no flavor to the chicken just a chicken breast with Mexican cheese on top of it The Spanish Rice looked like it was made earlier in in the day You could see the shape of the spoon they used to scoop it out with The good points are the wonton chicken appetizers were awesome and the 1.00 margaritas were amazing Our server Gabby did excellent job taking care of us Overall this place is in bad need for a renovation We sat at a table in the bar area and you can literally smell the mol

The service was WONDERFUL. Our dinner was hot and fresh. Our waitress Ms. Makayla was an A+ and the manager was great and funny. I recommend this restaurant. And plan on returning !

Walked into the restaurant around 1700hrs. Saw a few tables filled with people and only one employee, the bartender. Waited for around 10 minutes maybe more, no employee greeted us, said anything to us, or made any attempt to welcome us, while we were waiting for a host to seat us some more people came in. Still no employee said anything even though the bartender looked our way and made eye contact. The bartender never went to get someone to welcome us. We finally left. This restaurant is a joke and the manger should be fired. The employees need re-training on customer service, and how to treat quest so they feel welcome. BTW, the people who were already seated were receiving no service that I could see. They were waiting for the wait staff whom never showed. Shame on you Applebees, you sure made an impression on me. I will never ever patronize your facilities ever again. I will be contact the corporate office and let them know how this restaurant treats quests.

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I ordered food online Tuesday January 8, 2025 @ 6:50. Food was listed as "Ready for pickup" at 7:23. I arrived at 7:30 and the food wasn't ready. (The restaurant was completely empty, by the way). I waited for another 40 minutes before I was finally served. When I checked the food NONE of it was fresh, so why did it take an hour and 20 minutes to prepare the food? I haven't been to Applebees in about 3 years, and now I remember why.

The hamburger had wilted lettuce way to much butter I'm the bun. The burger was like a McDonalds burger in size. The Mac on cheese was over cooked and cold. The cheddar cheese on the top wouldn't melt even when mixed in. Waitress was great. No drink happy hour. Avoid this pulse at all cost you would regret it..

Very poor management. Place was not busy and had to wait for someone to show up to seat us. Took a long time to get waited on. Ordered an appetizer and meal. Got our meal without getting our appetizer. Asked to speak to manager and she was just full of excuses. Told us we could leave if we wanted to. I got up to leave and she told me I would have to pay for my food. Never offered us anything for the poor service. Ate and left and will never go back.
