Applebee's Grill + Bar

I love Applebees! The food, the atmosphere, the employees! The service is pretty great too. I would recommend a salad from here, because they are good. I would highly recommend coming here.

Have been here a few times and these r the RUDEST workers,there's no reason in being so hateful,weve always dealt with bad service and only to be talked to hateful after wed been forgiving and kind!Not just once but everytime,i know ppl have bad days but thats no excuse.I waited some time hoping it was just bad management but No its just not a place i will be back to,plenty of great places in jasper besides here,not to mention one was my sons birthday,took 3 hrs at 8 on a weekday,and management came over and was hateful cuz they fed the adults and the children waited till we were all done eating had to take theres to go at11,awful understatement,i can give several similar examples each 5 times since they opened,Go elsewhere

The food here is so so, just like any other Applebee's. But the shining star at this place Hass to be the server Melissa S, she always goes above and beyond. Don't get me wrong the food isn't bad and the service is decent, but Melissa S is what brings us back to this place. I don't know what they are paying here but it is definitely not enough. if you come here definitely request her as your server.

Where do I begin? .... 12:00 on a Saturday. Not crowded. Appetizer and entrees arrived before my bloody Marty. Bloody Mary tasted like juice. No BBQ sauce on my BBQ chicken sandwich. Was going to order a beer but waitress brought the check. Every time is a worse experience then the one before and I am certain after this time I will not be back.

My family and I arrived at 12:30 for lunch. We gave our order.The waitress said they had only one cook. 45 minutes later I asked for our appetizer at least. 30 minutes later after asking again she gave us our appetizer. I asked a passing bartender, since our waitress hadn't been our way, about our food. We were there 2 1/2 hours with only our appetizer. My sister asked for our bill that we were going somewhere else. One of the employees said no charge. My sister said this is your third strike ( other 2 times we went there was awful)we wouldn't be back. The bartender said hey you weren't charged for( 2 waters, a tea and a soft drink and our appetizer) what you ordered! Customer service needs immediate attention. 2 1/2 hours and no food. That is an awful way to keep customers . Other customers were complaining too. I was disappointed with our service and the attitude of the employees.

Pulled into parking lot and wondered why they were so dead and quickly realized that it was bc of the sewage stench in the whole restaurant. Physically couldn't eat there in the smell. Brooke (the host) was a complete doll and very understanding about us wanting to leave due to the smell.

if I could put a zero I would and I normally would not be someone to post a bad review. My husband has now gotten FOUR steaks completely raw. We had doordash deliver, and ordered the steak medium when typically we'd order a medium rare but because we have had the previous experience of the steak being raw we asked for it to be cooked longer, and we could barely get a fork through it. The steak comes with broccoli and mashed potatoes and the potatoes were completely raw as well and the broccoli had stickers all on the inside of the bowl. This is absolutely ridiculous, and a MAJOR health concern. Whats even worse is this is the fourth time this has happened.

Went in to watch the NASCAR race. Asked if they could change one of the TVs to NASCAR. The lady behind the bar tried a few times and then started to get extremely frustrated. She was slamming the remotes down on the bar numerous times. She started to get annoyed and frustrated even more and made it seem like it was our fault. So we decided to get up and leave when she started attending to other customers not once even asking us if we wanted something to drink.The manager came out, wants to help, but that was only to put the ball game on for somebody else and then went back to her office

Burned ribs & cold French fries. The waitress was sitting at a table with her friends instead of working. When our food was finally cooked she brought it & dropped a large container of sauce that went on both of my pants legs & leather shoes. After I called it to her attention she barely said she was sorry & didn't offer to give me napkins. I complained & she brought 4 tiny finger wipes. The spilled sauce was left in floor she never covered it up. I laid napkins over it then the manager went to her table behind us & never cleaned it up. I told him there was sauce under napkins so he picked them up but didn't clean floor. The entire time we were there she only waited on our table & sat behind us with her boyfriend & ate her salad. I ask to speak to manager & finally he came up front & I told him what happen. A new pair of shoes & pants are ruined! If you eat there wear rubber boots & old pants. The food was ok except for the burned ribs & cold ff. I will not patronize that establishment!
