I appreciate the flexibility of service and patience here with my Dads order. Trying something new, he couldn't eat the original order and they quickly replaced it with something that he could. The lighting, noise level seating was very accommodating for a quick lunch out. Thanks again! The bartender was great and took really good care of us. Until the next one, Bye-Bye!

This is a tough one to review for me. We came on Thanksgiving evening. I appreciate any restaurant that is open and definitely appreciate any employee working on Thanksgiving. Every person we encountered was very friendly. Our server - God love her - she was not too good. Communication with her was difficult. She spoke quietly. She enunciated words in such a way as to give us a fun challenge. She didn't answer questions. She refused to listen to the way we wanted our steaks prepared. We had to ask for things like napkins and refills. Honestly, at the start of the meal, I was picturing a 1 or 2 star review. But, gosh darn it! She tried!!! She was friendly. And the meal? Not bad! My steak was actually pretty tasty! The mashed potatoes were decent. The broccoli was meh, bland. All in all, I'm giving stars for - albeit not great - service. You know the saying A for effort. Well this is 4 stars for effort.

Arrived at restaurant at peak time took only 15 minutes to be seated. Took 2-Minutes for the server to take our drink order and ask if we had any menu questions. She brought our drinks back within 6-a minutes or so... Took our order when she dropped drinks off. Salads dropped separately by server and manager. No silverware and manager brought back immediately. Five minutes later entrees brought out, cool potatoes but both entrees were piping hot. However it looked as if they only had three AMAZING hard working young women as hostess/servers/bussers. Merinda was our server. She did a great job!!! I am sure they are looking for staff. I will be a little less critical of restaurant staffs as they get through low staffs (front and back of house) and what we as a Country are going through. Surprise a server today, instead of 20% why not 40% gratuity they as we know have families to manage. You never know what it will do for someone's life!!. Let me start by saying I love Applebee's. But this is the absolute worst one I have ever been to. The service was just fine. But the food, for my wife, my son and I, was not good at all. I will continue to, for now, to be an Applebee's regular. Just not this one.

If ai could leave 0 stars I would!!! I loooove apple bees but this is THE WORST one I have been to!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Food was great and service was speedy but service and especially management was terrible... EMPHASIS ON MANAGEMENT SHE IS RUUUUUDE AND IS THE DEFINITION OF ATTITUDE AND UNHAPPY!!! Alot of short, kind of rude staff, but there are a few gems here in terms of customer service however I have always have to wait at the very least 30 minutes to get my food after getting to the restaurant when I already had a mobile order. And this last time took me literally an hour for a chicken quesadilla and I had already place it 20 minutes prior. I get this after school and have work in the morning, I will never come back.

Worst service!! Came in with 4 people total. Took so long for Crystal to even greet us with an almost empty restaurant. She was then very rude to us, took so long to get refills, talked shit on the girl she was training in front of us, and laughed at us when we asked about a veteran's discount. We spoke to a manager and he seemed like he had heard it a million times and did not care. I am a serve and always leave a tip because I know how it is but this was the first time I left and didn't leave a penny. Absolutely the worst!

just left this Applebees we had hair food in the water hair in one of the plates of food and dirty silverware. Asked for the manager Tito and the server Crystal said I brought her another plate. It was the inconvenience and should have never happenEd. They should have taken the meal off the ticket with the hair in it my original price was 97.00 they took off 6.99. Never again....
