Almost passed on Amore based on the reviews we read. So glad we didn't! We've now dined here at least five times so thought I would review. Affordable dishes, amazing taste and haven't found a thing we didn't like. The lobster ravioli, shrimp scampi, Alfredo, calimari have all been cooked to perfection. I will say the last time we visited they were a bit short staffed as there were only two on the floor. But the bartender was running orders, making drinks, clearing tables-kudos to this guy. Was nice to see the teamwork but did take a bit longer for things. But great place to dine and awesome staff!

The setting of the restaurant is quite intriguing. The service was very slow but not too slow and the waiter was very kind to us. As for the food...IT WAS GREAT!!! It had so much flavor and I very much recommend coming up might have a wait if they're busy though.

Amore was extremely underwhelming and did not do much to impress our group. We made reservations in advance and decided to visit based off a recommendation from a friend. We ordered their ravioli, and baked ziti. The flavors were reminiscent of something you'd find in a frozen meal.They did make up for a lack of flavor with great customer service, however, I will most likely not be returning anytime soon.

It pains me to write this, honestly but it needs to be said.When Amore opened, it was spectacular. Food was delicious and fresh. Went so much each waitress knew our orders. Not sure what has happened, but now the food has no taste and looks and tastes manufactured. Frankly, disgusting. Did they sell? New owners? Bad management? I don't know but after several attempts to make excuses "they must be having a bad night" I can't anymore. I will not be returning.

This is my 2nd time visiting this restaurant and my last time. The service was ok but nobody else was there besides someone sitting at the bar. The entree was outstanding the first time, this time the sauce was good but the chicken was flat and dried out, possibly cooked the day before. It's sometimes hard to find a place that you would love to go to every time you go out. I would give this place another try but when I seen the service fee for a credit card use that was it. Instead of charging a credit card fee go up on your menu prices. It's in a very nice and upcoming location. Good luck going forward.

Nice little Italian restaurant near Ole Miss. We sampled a couple appetizers to start. The cheese garlic bread was good, and the fried calamari was ok, all rings no tentacles, the breading and fry was light but flavorful. The marinara was tasty but could've used a bit more seasoning. For our entree we had the Chicken Genova which was delicious! We finished off with tiramisu and cappuccino which was out of this world! The service could use some work here, but it was a busy Saturday night with what looked like a new student run waitstaff. We will be visiting again on our next visit.

Ordered online through Slice and received notification that food was ready. Waited for 45 minutes and the manager was very rude and dismissive. Had to call Slice to cancel order and representative said he couldn't get restaurant on phone and I would have to wait 24 hours before they could process refund. After I insisted this was not acceptable, I was issued a refund.

So... I 'initially' rate restaurants based on certain items. Chinese - better have good egg rolls. Mexican - something as simple as the salsa is important. BBQ- while I can ignore bad potato salad or Cole slaw for good meat, I will try to find a balance between them. Some places just throw the sides together. With Amore, it's the salad that makes the difference. I love everything I have tried there, but a 'fresh' delicious salad kinda shows that you are paying attention. Great restaurant! I highly recommend it.
