Food was amazing ! Tastes very fresh .. they side dishes were wonderful . Portions big ! Staff very friendly . Place is immaculate inside and out . Etherridge feels like a different country , very different than other parts of Tennessee. Peaceful here .. oh and the side of onion , jalenpeno and pickle tasted so fresh .. the onion tasted like it was picked this morning

Really good! I had the brisket sandwich and one side $15.00. my side was Cheesy Potato. Both Excellent! NOTE: Only open on Thursday, Fridays and Saturday.

The best BBQ I've had in Middle Tennessee. The community creates a wonderful atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Food was fantastic. Eating it outside listening to live bluegrass music was a nice bonus. People were really friendly, too. They even found a bowl I could use to get my dog some water. I'll be a regular when I retire in a couple of years and move to ethridge.

The smoked brisket is wonderful. Potato salad and baked beans were delicious too. Comfortable seating options inside and outside.

Great smoked meats and cheeses and spices as well as rot kraut. Pickled beets and brats and knackwurst and everything German and Hungarian paprika.

My sister and ate here. She had the brisket platter with baked beans and slaw. I had the pulled pork platter with Mac n Cheese and baked beans. There were a variety of BBQ sauces to choose from. I liked the Pickering Pig. Both meats were delicious, you can't go wrong with either. I liked the Mac n Cheese too. There are a few tables inside, maybe 6, and a lot of picnic tables outside under a covered pavilion. The place looks new and is clean. Service was friendly and prompt.

I'm a local and have eaten here twice. Both times we got the pulled pork platter and brisket platter. For sides we have had cheesy potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Everything has been wonderful. I personally love the pulled pork!! Best anywhere around here for sure!! The building is cute and new. Seating is picnic tables. There's not a server. You order at the counter and then go sit down. The ladies behind the counter are really nice and give you plenty of food. I wish I had taken pictures. I will next time because I see this being a once a week place to get supper!! Go!!
