However, the culinary plot thickened with the arrival of our main courses. My Chicken Parmesan was a lackluster affair, a bland ensemble hastily thrown together, leaving my taste buds in a dreary waltz of mediocrity. In stark contrast, my wife's Penne a la Vodka with Italian sausage was a scene-stealer. Each forkful was a festival of flavors, so much so that I was tempted to pull an old-fashioned heist to make her plate my own. Alas, love prevailed over greed, and I contented myself with the generous tastes she shared.The backdrop of Amico's was an ode to casual dining - a lively pizzeria vibe that invited laughter and chatter, making it a perfect gathering spot for friends escaping the daily grind. While the pricing felt ambitious against the mixed culinary performance, the hefty portions provided some solace.All told, our evening at Amico's was a symphony of hits and misses. The radiant service and vibrant atmosphere were highlights, painting over the culinary blips. Should you find yourself meandering through their menu, do aim for the Penne a la Vodka--it's a star performance not to be missed.

We love amicos! This is our go to pizza spot in Nolensville. But there's not just great pizza, you have to try their grilled chicken Caesar salad and the vodka pasta with chicken. Both are so delicious. When you dine in, they also bring you complimentary savory garlic rolls with olive oil. They are my favorite!

It just occurred to me that, after all these years, I've never written a review for Amicos. We've been dining here for many years, and it never disappoints. Their Italian Stromboli is exceptional and has become our go-to favorite. While we've sampled various items from their diverse menu and found them all to be delicious, we always find ourselves returning to that Stromboli. The consistency in flavor and quality keeps us coming back time and time again. If you're looking for a place that delivers great food and an outstanding experience, Amicos is the place to be.

This place is amazing! I'm from South Florida and I haven't found many restaurants in Middle TN that remind me of home but this one does! They gave us complimentary garlic knots which were spot in. Then we started with medium wings and they were the best I've had in a long time! We ate them so quickly that I forgot to snap a photo but I'd highly recommend them! We also ordered a large pizza, half cheese and half Hawaiian. It was fantastic! Cooked perfectly and so flavorful! Everyone was super friendly and our server Libby was awesome! The ambiance is calm and the staff all seem to work together well. The manager was bussing tables because the bus boy had called out. Such great team work! Come here now. Don't even think twice! Delicious!

Excellent pizza! Had the fresh tomato sauce pizza. Slices of mozzarella on bottom with sauce on top. The rolls they give you are sublime. Salads were tasty. Great casual neighborhood spot for great food.

This is a review of a New York style pizza place from a native New Yorker. Not an "I'm from upstate" New Yorker; I'm from the City.I moved to middle TN in 2007. Since that time there have been more than a few pizza joints open that claim to be "NY Style". Some of them better than others, but none currently open as good as Amico's!They have been our family's go-to for the better part of a decade. You can't go wrong with a to-go order of pizza, pasta, or a sub. Dining in is reminiscent of the "pizza parlors" of my youth; it's a casual atmosphere, suitable for families and kids. Service is friendly, food comes quickly, and the bill is very wallet friendly.Highly recommended for NY style pizza, pasta, and subs in the "greater Nolo area" :-)

Fast service. I ordered for pickup and the food was ready in 15 minutes. However, the Pizza Caprese was soggy, presumably from the diced tomatoes. I was hoping for a more crisp and thin NY style pizza. The Italian sub was an okay sandwich, but I wish there was more meat.

Great place for pizza, a calzone and other Italian dishes! I was delivering a vehicle to a customer nearby and they invited me to join them for dinner. I ordered a Calzone and got all the ingredients of the Italian Stromboli. I've had my share of calzones, but this one was amazingly delicious! It was massive too! I also had some of their tasty sweet tea, which was one of the best I've tasted in Middle Tennessee. The ambiance is casual and good for groups. They were slammed with business, which may be typical for a Friday night, but that didn't slow down the service. I'll definitely be back, next time I'm in the area.

This is the best carry out pizza around Brentwood and Nolensville. The crust is crispy but not cardboard and the flavors are spot on. We got the large meat lovers and the cheesy crusty pizza and they were perfect.

When we went it was super busy (on a Thursday!) but they're pizza was good, and I loved the salad I ordered.
