This restaurant was the epitome of southern hospitality the comfort food, kind greeting, reasonable price. The food was so delicious and seasoned to perfection. Usually with soulfood spots that are seasoned, they tend to be salty but not this spot. The okra and Lima beans were wonderful, meatloaf just right, tender but still together. The establishment is huge and spacious. Employees were soft spoken and sweet just like your auntee or granny fixing you a plate! When in Tunica, make the extra drive, because this is the spot for soul food if you want flavor with southern charm!

We have driven 45 minutes one way at two different times to eat here, both times were around 2-3 and they were closed. Yelp has them open until 4:00 please put correct times posted so we and others who have also experienced the same issue can enjoy some southern cooking

My mother and I ate here, food was good, service was fast. If you enjoy home cooking then this is the place to go. Had the hamburger steak, rice with gravy, and squash. It was delicious!

Not much on this stretch of the highway and we stopped at Alma Jeans.The building has a lot of seating! It's cafeteria style the lunch price was $10.25 one meat, two sides. I drink water so I'm not sure if this price includes a drink or not? The baked chicken was good and the meatloaf was good! Other items that we tried that weren't good were the hamburger steak, the squash was so greasy it was not eatable. The green beans were just okay.
