Allstars Hot Wings

Food and service is absolutely trash. The front desk worker has been just messy and says unnecessary thing, also the "cooks" in the back are all just kids playing in folks food. I keep giving this place chance after chance but they will never change. Definitely don't recommend anyone to order from this location. It's sad that it's the Bartlett location as well

My husband and I ordered in on Wednesday night. I was actually surprised about the yelp reviews because our food came hot, fresh, and tasty. We ordered 20 hot wings and a chicken salad. The hot wings were thick, well-seasoned and reasonably priced. The salad was fresh and the grilled chicken on the salad was also well-seasoned. It was big enough for two people to share. We will definitely order from this location again. We dug in immediately, but next time, I'll take pictures!

Second visit since the pandemic. First visit I was pleased with my order. This visit the wings were hard and dried out like they had been refried more than once. I was hoping to come back after a long hiatus, but after today I'm going to stay away for good. I've tried to patronize on more than one occasion and it's inconsistent food. One day it's good and fresh and more days of being dry and hard. The wings were also very small (like KFC small or even smaller)

Holy honey gold. We ordered at the counter & were greeted kindly & taken care of swiftly. Daddy & I split the 10 piece honey gold with large seasoned fries & we were both STUFFED. The ambiance was chill & the lady behind the counter was awesome. I'll definitely be back.

The wings are good, but the customer service is subpar. Mostly every-time I call to place a order for pick up no one answers. Once I drove to place my order and I just watched as the phone ranged and the cashier not answer. It wasn't even busy on the inside, so I didn't understand why she didn't answer the phone. Good Food, Service could be better.

Horrible. Ordered 20 party wings, received 10 wings instead and they were all drums. Very disappointed especially considering the price isn't cheap.

Whats the purpose of having a phone and phone number if they never answer the phone but they are opened at 10:30 am and I've been calling since 10:45 to order. This is not business like and very unacceptable to those of us who only have 30 minutes for lunch.....

Worst place EVER!!! Placed an order for wing that had not been dropped even after waiting for nearly an hour. When I first asked for my money back, the manager was apologetic and said that they were working on my order. I waited a little longer and finally said forget it- I just want my money. The manager argued with me saying that he shouldn't have to give me my money back because he told me that he was working on it. In what world is this a thing? I shouldn't have waited nearly an hour for food. No thank you. Never again.

Horrible customer service, placed my order over the phone, they told me it will be 25 minutes. Arrived at the Bartlett location and nobody at the front cash register. The cook was back in the back and we saw each other because we locked eyes on each other, he just rung the bell. I waited at least 3 more minutes and nobody still hadn't came up front, so I said sir 3 times to get his attention and he totally just ignored me (such great customer service). Finally, the lady came out from the back, I explained that I had being waiting and ignored for some time and you finally appeared. I showed concerns about the note on their bathroom door still posted from 2 weeks ago out-of-order. I explained that I needed to use the bathroom, she said that they go next door to Domino pizza to use the bathroom, they don't mind. I said ma'am, I am not patronizing them, why would I go next door to use their bathroom. I just saw you come from the back where the bathroom was and you said you were back there changing your shirt (s/b blouse female). I also want to address the party wings, two of my wings were so small, I would at least gave my customer an extra one or two to keep customers coming, we help pay your bills. The previous owner realize the size of the wings were not up to par and gave at least 2 extra. Great customer service, they cared about their customers as well as keeping their business rating up. Code Enforcement would love to know about your bathroom situation so your customers can use your facility as well as receive a reasonable amount of food for the price.
