The all star wings on union.. everytime i order from there my food is cold! Never fresh and the customer service is awful! i ordered seasoned fries the fries came back cold with no seasoning and honey gold and the sauce is hot!

Customer service th manager is very unprofessional and argunentive with customers that she does not know. Customer waiting outside expressed the same feelings about her being so unprofessional. Now I know why they always need help.As a retired retail worker the Mgr suppose to set an example to the employees but today the associate was more professional than the Mgr. Let will forever keep a helpwanted sign in the window. When you can't keep employees sometimes you have to look at the person in charge. You have to like people in general to work in any type of retail and if you don't you are in the wrong line of business.

Stopped in looking for a something to satisfy my hankering for Ching's without the long drive. Came in the early afternoon during a dead period, but they cooked up my 7 honey hot whole wings with seasoned fries surprisingly fast, within 5-7 minutes. If I had been across the street at wing stop it would have taken 15-20 minutes- and not whole wings.The whole wings were decently sized, and they were definitely all sauced up with plenty to sop up with my dinner roll. Seasoned fries were as expected. I enjoyed the saucy wings, I will definitely be coming back when the hot wings craving strikes again. Not on par with Ching's, but good in a pinch! Notably, they are having specials in June for 5 wings or 5 wings with a drink and fries!

Best wings and customer service ever. I drove all over the city looking for a place to be open that served wings. I got to All Star, on Union and the young lady was mopping, about to close. I told her that I drove all the way from Arlington to get wings because that's all I had a taste for since being sick. The young lady asked me what I wanted and she got it out to me in a timely manner. The food was amazing but the young lady that served me was amazing. I didn't get her name but I'm sure you know who I'm talking about. I will always get my wings from All Star on Union because it's worth the drive. Thank you.

You won't look anywhere else for the best hot wings and the fried catfish is even better! I visit this location multiple times per week and it's worth every penny! Staff is friendly and food is freshly prepared but they won't have you waiting forever.

If I could give ZERO stars I would.. customer service is horrible! I placed an order for my food over the phone,and they waited until I got there to tell me "we out of chicken tenders." I didn't get an apology,or anything. HOT GHETTO MESS! - - - -I return a couple weeks later,because they were my last option. They forgot my order,and rushed it out to me.. as I was checking over my food,I noticed my chicken tenders were extremely too soft! UNDERCOOK chicken tenders is what they gave me! I demanded my refund,and will never return again! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!! (I wish I would've took a picture!)

Ordered hot wings here and it was awful. The wings were dry and it tasted gross. Like I tried 5 different sauces and only one tasted ok, others was not, and only just tasted like strong thick pool water. This is the only place I think deserves a one star, I would rate lower.
