Adline Hot Wings Express

These were some of the best wings I've had for the price and size of the wings. Recently the wings places I have gone to had extremely small wings. These wings size, taste and texture were outstanding. The reason I am only rating them a 3 instead of 5 because the customer service was truly awful. I called around 5 times so I could place my order ahead of time. Each time someone answered the phone and hung up without saying anything. I assumed they were busy; however when I walked through the door there weren't any customers and the young lady was sitting at the counter looking as though she was just bored to death. The total atmosphere was as though I was bothering her. To the business owner you have a great product; however if I ever experience the type of service I received I will never be back for your tasty and delicious wings...

They have really awesome wings and FRIED OKRA & GREEN TOMATOES! They arw very popular in the community, so expect them to always be busy and have at least a 20 minute wait time on the smallest order. They say they accept call ins, but really they don't? They cook your order once you arrive. Anyway, on to the food. The wings are amazing! Each time I visit they are always amazing. I like the extra hot, seasoned, and honey hot. My favorite menu item is the fried okra. They are cookes to perfection. The best I've ever had. If you are in the neighborhood try them out. Don't plan to dine in the air is not working so, it feels like an oven in there.

Their chicken is actually quite delicious. Its cooked very well and it's worth every penny. The child with the locks that works in the front is very disrespectful though. And maybe I don't understand how hard it is working the front, but he didn't call me when my order was ready on two occasions. So if you put an order in with him, don't expect a call just back in just go back in and pick up your order after 15 minutes. Messing with him he gone let your meal get cold, sus.

These honey gold wings were on point right along with the orka. I came from Nashville looking for some good wings and I found it! Will definitely be back!

I found nothing special about these wings AT ALL. They are deep fried and overcooked. Then they are dipped in a commercial buffalo sauce that you can buy at Sam's. Even if you ask for super hot, all they can do is dip them in a commercial sauce that sells by the jug. There is nothing that sets them apart from anyone else. Frozen fries and a roll out of a bag. What's really disturbing for me was that both bathrooms were out of order. I would not have eaten there if I wasn't able to wash my hands. So I asked, and they unlocked the bathroom for me. They explained some of the things that happen to their bathrooms if they allow the public to use them. I appreciated being able to use their facilities, and they were clean, but this is a part of their job, and I believe it is required by law for them to provide a bathroom. I shouldn't have to beg to gain access. If they are unwilling to clean their bathrooms, they shouldn't be in business. Price was good, for $8 even for wings, fries, and drink, after tax, but the food being so average, and their attitude with sharing a little plumbing, 3 stars is the best I can do.

My family loves Adline's so much so I was going twice in one day due to me being from Texas. On 06/24/24 went inside and it was extremely hot, but again we love Adline's. As I proceed to order, the young lady in the front with glasses was just HORRIBLE. Her attitude was beyond rude. After we left that day I had to tell my family it was just that bad. Either way I went back on 06/25/24 with my sister, it was so bad she got a refund. The service is beyond ghetto, the owner told her to go to the back and her comment was yeah before I say something. Who says that to a customer like you gone do something. I think the young lady may be a little slow or it was too hot but because of the terrible service Adline's will no longer received any business from me and my family. Sometimes it's about the service, I thought I was going to get beat up trying to order chicken. NEVER AGAIN!

As a customer of adlines for years it's very disappointing to be one of the first customers in the morning and when I arrive to pick up my food it is cold as a business owner I expect you to hire people that understand the concept of working with food I place an order because I don't want to cook so therefore I expect hot fresh food when I come and pick up my food not food that I have to take home and warm up again now I would have been wrong if I left the food there and told you just keep the order we expect our customers to pay for any and everything but you just dish us out trash do better about your customers and you won't have to continue to raise your prices because you're losing so many of them to try and maintain to stay in business.

Chicken needs more seasoning. And they went as far as false advertising tonic water as sprite.

Say they are opened on sunday even the open sign lit up and store hours show what time they are open but are closed on sunday i would have a better rating.

Such comforting service. Best wing place in memphis!! Always very welcoming no matter who's working that day
