Todd Gray is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable gunsmith in the city of Memphis. There is nothing this guy doesn't know about guns.

What can I say about these guys? Helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and corny as hell!! I say that in fun. I learned and laughed the whole time I was in. I had gone 2 times before browsing, and made a purchase on the 3rd visit. I met the owner on the 3rd round, polite and love conversing and guns and food!! They were only concerned that I got the quality I needed for the price I was willing to trade.

My friend and visited Friday after a particularly ridiculous experience at Big Daddy's Pawn (more on that later). We were instantly impressed by the layout and particularly by the selection, but we were absolutely floored by the customer service. We interacted with all three people who were working that day and all three were perfectly courteous, knowledgeable, insightful, (three traits that are hard to come by these days) and just cool. What's usually a difficult process was made so easy with them. I'll definitely be purchasing my own piece from them soon.

I called about their buy price on a 1 oz pure gold Canadian maple leaf coin. Gold is around 1330.00 an oz. I knew they would not pay that price. They seemed to not know anything about the coin. Eventually I was told according to their information, The would pay 600.00. My response was. Your kidding. I had called many places to price this item. This was the lowest and most laughable. They say they pay more??? Reliable Pawn offered 1000.00. They are across the street. I hope this review will be helpful to anyone that wishes to sell gold.

Polite and knowledgable staff. They also do a decent job of Cerakoting firearms. They also have pretty decent selection for firearms and pretty good prices on their firearms stock as well. I'll defiantly be going back to do more business with them.

I had a good experience here. They have changed a lot and have gone through an extensive renovation. Prices are more then reasonable and they have a very friendly staff. I would recommend this location for guns and other pawned items.

Great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff . They will take there time and tell you about there products and not just try and sell you something.

This place is the best in town to get a pawn. Great service. Very fair finances and rates. And the staff team was a pleasure to deal with.

They don't want to give you much for your jewelry and then they sale it for a high price. Wouldn't reccomend, they wanted to give me $100.00 for a diamond necklace, and I sold for over $700.00 on Ebay.
