A Perfect Bloom

I specifically looked for a small, locally owned shop for flowers for a funeral. I'm in KC and unfamiliar with the Memphis area, but searched and found this company. The owner was kind, friendly, and helpful. She sent me a text picture of the flower basket and it was delivered the morning of the funeral. Two days later when a family member said she didn't see the flower basket at the service, the business owner called the church, gathered information, and was only kind and respectful toward me. The flowers were, indeed delivered and had been apparently picked up by another family member. I was disappointed my SIL didn't receive the flowers and much to my surprise Tiffany took on her own accord to order flowers for my SIL. I'm so grateful for this small business and the level of service I received!! Check out the plant basket with added flowers she created!!! Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service!!!

I wish I could leave zero stars. This is the most disrespectful group of people - do not give them your business. My father passed away earlier this week and a friend of our family made the mistake of ordering flowers from this company. They delivered something very different than what was ordered (and completely inappropriate for a funeral). When our friends saw the arrangement, they called Perfect Bloom to notify them of the mixup. They agreed to deliver the original arrangement. Instead - a shabbily dressed individual who we could barely understand shows up at our home, demanding the original flower arrangement back. We had no knowledge of our friend calling to ask for a replacement arrangement, so we were very confused. He continued to repeat, with increasing agitation, that he was here to pick up 'the flowers'. This was incredibly upsetting to my mother as we tried to figure out which flowers, and what was going on. When I called the company to get more information about the chaos that was ensuing, the store manager informed me that because someone had called to complain about the arrangement, their policy was not to replace it - but instead to pick it up. They said they had never had a complaint about this policy before, and proceeded to rip me a new one, explaining in great deal how it wasn't their problem, and it wasn't their fault, despite me explaining that my father had just passed, and that these flowers were sent to my mother. The manager was downright cruel in her attempts to defend indefensible actions on the part of her company. Completely unprofessional, rude, and devoid of compassion. Perfect Bloom? More like A Perfect Storm.

Hands down best and most efficient florist in the area. Beautiful flowers. I wouldn't worry about the online flower services. Excellent service and wonderful arrangements.

I received an arrangement from my family today which totally took my by surprise! I am a lover of flowers and you'll almost always find some kind of flower arrangement in my home. This one was beautiful - all shades of blue and white and cream. The flowers are fresh and the vase is full. I didn't even know this florist existed but I will certainly be using them in the future.

A Perfect Bloom was as perfect as they come! I needed some flowers delivered to my wife for her birthday and they were very quick to accommodate and make it happen! Needless to say my wife was super surprised and she absolutely loved the arrangement. I'll definitely use A Perfect Bloom again!

Worst excuse for a florist ever! What a joke! The arrangement was so pathetic it made us laugh! And we got a full refund
