So we purchased a new 25' flagstaff micro lite from Smallwoods... had dropped it to them for repairs three weeks ago. Since getting it back we've camped in it three times....the last two times out we've been getting a bad urine smell from base of toilet. So I googled it and found that a domestic 300 has a problem where urine is getting behind the outer housing at base and if toilet is removed and turned upside down urine will pour out of it. So I called smallwoods and the owner answered the phone and said he's never heard of any such thing. Yet it's all over the web about this issue. He even said well we didn't pee on your floor while we had it for repairs. Which I never accused anyone of this. Just wanted answers on how to get rid of problem. Very unprofessional and I can't wait to call the manufacturer tomorrow to let them know what kind of people they have selling their products!!!!

Great service manager. Got us in an out in a few hours. No pressure. New airconditioner works fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have a 2903 Newmar Baystar and taken it 2-3x to Kevin for service issues. Kevin in service always gets 'her fixed' with a fair price. The service turnaround is quicker than anywhere else I've been! Kevin has even parked her and grabbed her for me when needed from storage. A&L seevuce a small gem hidden outside Memphis where Highway 50 os a RV pipeline. Don't miss out if your RV needs service. I noticed all the reviews were old so as much as people don't want to take a minute out of their day, I thought that they DESERVE THIS.

Sales is very helpful and listens to all my concerns.The walk through was thorough and showed all we needed to know. They hooked up our truck to the camper and gave us hints and suggestions to help us in our travels.An exceptional experience in buying to camper to fit all our needs.

Just bought my second camper from Smallwood's in Jackson. Got a good deal on a great camper. They are just big enough to take care of any camper needs, but not so big that you do not get personal service.They delivered the camper in perfect condition!Thanks to Shane and his great staff!
