901 Wings

Not the best - not the worst I'm picky about wings, so please know that. I ordered online and had high hopes. I ordered 30 wings in 2 flavors to share w a few friends. The good - the sauces on the wings were pretty tasty The not good - - I placed the order online and arrived at the noted completion time. Still has to wait 30 xtra minutes- I ordered the wings "cooked hard". They definitely were not- the image of the wings describes them w fries and bread. Nope. Just wings - for 30 wings we only received 2 very small servings of blue cheese dressing We didn't finish all of the wings because they weren't great. They weren't very bad, just not what we expected and wanted (I wanted them fried more, as ordered). I'm mostly into trying places multiple times, even when the initial experience is not stellar, but there are so many other wing choices in that area that I believe my visit was a one and done.

Ok ..... I said I was not going back to this place. I noticed they moved up the road on Stateline to a new location. I pass by it everyday now. Since they moved closer, I thought I might give them one more try. The wings were very good last time. It was the service that was lacking. I tried to call and place my order but its always busy. I finally got through and she told me it would be about 45 minutes. I was fine with that.I got the 10 piece whole wings (I Still Think Overpriced @ $22) and a seasoned fry. They went up since the last time but everyone has gone up. Once again the food was very good! This time everyone was pleasant, so I felt a little better about the high cost.... lol..... I think I will try the party wings next time to get the cost down a little. It is only barn yard pimp after all! I think they will do much better at this location. There is more room and they have several tables. I really only had a problem with the service. I highly recommend the wings if you don't mind the price. I got the hot but I would like them a little hotter myself! I highly recommend the seasoned fries.

901 Wings hot wings are fabulous nice and savory fried to perfection I also ordered a double cheese burger combo the burger presentation was inviting I was ready to dig in my first bite taste everything but seasoning everything all and all was simply delicious

Wasn't overly impressed. Just chicken wings. Tried the honey gold and hot lemon (hot and lemon pepper). Sauces weren't to die for. Chicken was just fried chicken. Whole wings are pretty big. I did like that they offer party wings as an option. Prices are reasonable and service was good. Seasoned fries for the win!

In the city of Memphis (and surrounding areas), wings are on every corner. These wings are definitely worth trying. They were hot and fresh and the hot lemon pepper were especially good. The lemon pepper was a bit bland but 2/3 times we've had it, it's been pretty descent. We ordered the 50 piece Family Pack and had to pay over the phone prior to picking up.

i put a order in for 8 piece wings and fries at the Southaven location and it's been 50 minutes and my food still isn't ready. that's something you should tell your costumer it's gonna be a hour wait or longer. I've been to the hernando location and it was great everytime Southaven sucks.

I've lived in the area for years and decided to stop by 901 Wing.Don't waste your money! or take your chances .

People already don't even answer the phone even it's not busy, but to be having full conversations in the kitchen and to be moving so slow, on top of looking at their phones majority of the time on register instead of doing they job and actually looking behind them to call out orders that's been placed on the counter is just truly ridiculous honestly for the customer service to be like that. And you really have to take the chance on that day to go in for the food to be actually good or not.

Food is good. Slow, rude service. Posted prices are not honored. They tell you that the price went up. 30 minutes for food prep. Not really nice atmosphere.

I gave this place one star just to write a review. I have been a long time customer of 901 wings! I always received great customer service at their old location by the older lady! she even knew me by name. it's been awhile since I visited due to the horrible customer care by the young kids that work there. I wrote a review a year ago and today I tried them again! Horrible! the girl lied like she was a manager and started cussing and acting a fool bc my order wasn't ready after placing it a hour and half early. she wanted to fight over wings bc I asked for my money back. Ghetto and ratchet! I contacted the Collierville location to let the owners kno and was told it's their niece.Its bad their family members represent their business so hood like. I will never go back to this place. The worker told me "that's y ur hungry" ! I think they forgot SUPREME WINGS IS AROUND THE CORNER FROM THEM.
