Every single time we (me or my family) have gone here, the food has been fabulous! Hot and fresh. It is cooked to order. Nothing just sitting around. I got honey hot wings and regular fries today. Knocked it out if the park again. I enjoy the crispy skin on their wings. Not soggy at all. Nice and crispy and flavorful. This place is a winner. Here is a tip. Call your order in and show up when they tell you! It is cooked to order so it may take a minute. Enjoy!!!

I drove over from having horrible service at Wing Guru to the other wing establishment nearby which was 901 wings. Both places, both bad results. There was a group of people waiting on an order in front of me, which came out wrong several time. This should've been my 1st warning. The window to the kitchen has wooden blinds that were shut so no one could see into the kitchen. After waiting several minutes with no one out front, my order was on eventually taken. I waited for over 35 minutes and then walked over to the kitchen door to see two women working on their kitchen equipment. One of the women told me that "the fryer had gone out". I asked for a refund which took several more minutes. The two people behind me asked for a refund as well. Both The Wing Guru and 901 Wings DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS. I believe they should both be shut down!

Hope you don't mind the wait. We got here at 5:05pm. We order 2 chicken wing meals for just the 2 of us. There was only one group of three young adults sitting in the lobby. Not busy. At 5:30 my name was called and I was told it would be another 20 minutes. We watched the family after us get their (very large) to-go order before us. I really enjoyed my wings. But Nothing tastes good enough to wait this long when it's unplanned and fast food. We didn't have time to eat. We had to eat it in the car on the way to the movie. The lady at the register was nice and professional to everyone. Restaurant was clean. Bathroom was alright. Order in advance. Far in advance.

Well when the sign on the door says open til 10pm and at 9pm you get turned away you don't keep customers. Honestly not surprised, typical Memphis mentality. Hours on Google, Yelp, and their own front door are apparently wrong. Try supporting local business but they can't even support themselves.

Cashier was very rude. There were 2 big screen TV with local channels on and the volume was so loud I couldn't hear the cashier. She said to come closer and talk. I asked if they could turn down the volume but she said no there's breaking news going on right now. All the chairs were upside down like they were closed. Not how a restaurant should be during open hours. I would never come back to this place. The owner should hire someone friendly and professional in this establishment and do proper training and screening on their employees. This business will not last long if they continue to treat customers like this.

901 Wings never misses. I've had their wings from the Southaven, MS and Downtown Memphis locations. Now I've had the Collierville location. Again, they did not miss. I called and my wings were ready in the 25 minutes stated. A lot of locations give you wings on the smaller side. These wings weren't too big or too small. They were a nice size, especially considering I was feeding 3 grown men. The cook and the lady working the register were both very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

This place smells weird, and very slow service I think there was just one person in the kitchen cooking and people were waiting who ordered ahead of time. After waiting for 20 minutes we decided to take it to go. My husband and daughter thought the food was okay but I love BWW I didn't like it much. The lady at front desk was nice and respectful. She's the reason I give it 2 stars

Food is always good but expect to wait longer than the time they tell you over the phone. Highly recommend the chicken Philly.

Excellent honey hot party wings and seasoned fries! I have been wanting to try this place for a while so I finally walked in the door and ordered. The wait wasnt too long (about 30 minutes) so I had time to run to Kroger. I tried to call them back a few times to tweak my order, but to no avail. I am so excited to have a terrific wing place in Collierville! I definitely will be back.
