Amazing experience!! Great service! Fantastic food, and really cool robots. Definitely kid approved. The pink saki was delicious too.

One restaurant two ways to cook: hot pot which like like individual Chinese fondue or kbbq where you cook on a grill. The rules:1.The entire table must choose the same style, hot pot, kbbq or both (for an extra charge). 2. There is also an extra charge if you waste too much food. 3. 2 hr time limit Customers pick the proteins and veggies from the menu with a waitress or through a QR code at the table. The food is brought out by robots and humans. There is a sauce and dessert bar. We checked into the line and waited maybe five minutes for a table on a Sunday evening. We liked the variety of meats at dinner. We were super hungry and appreciated how fast everything came out. Service was polite. The only tiny improvement we can see is that the quality of the steaks weren't that amazing, otherwise the entire experience was perfect.

This place is okay. We ate there last night for my child's birthday. The hostess was rude from the start. Apparently, you cannot stand in the waiting area for unknown reasons. There was a literal sign that said, "this is where we gather", but I was rudely asked to move. We were on a waiting list, but out of nowhere. The hostess abruptly asked. My oldest daughter is your whole party here yet. And she said, yes, and then we were finally seated. I wish we had left. But I did not choose this restaurant.Once seated, the experience was fine. The food was fine. Nothing was good, but nothing was bad. It was a little dirty, but not too bad. You cook your own food. There were 6 of us, so we had a mandatory 18% gratuity. Our bill came out to about $300. I would skip if I were you. I won't be back

Where to go on Christmas Day for dinner. Enter 901 HPK. Folks were friendly as always. My only gripe is that some of the food ordered comes out habitually late such as those in a tin. I had to ask like 3 times and the last was when I was brought the check. The waitress response was "you still want that?" Well seeing as I never got it and asked for it a long time before, heck yeah I want it. But other than that we're fans.

OMG this place is AMAZING! I loved it. You can do hotpot or Korean BBQ as a table but you can also do both for an extra fee.We went at lunch and the waitress asked if we wanted lunch or dinner. Lunch is $20 and dinner is $30. TBH I wouldn't go for dinner because none of the dinner only options appealed to me. I honestly didn't get much meat. I mainly got dumplings, noodles, vegetables, and some bomb sauces from the bar. You order with the waitress and then THERE'S A CUTE CAT ROBOT THAT BRINGS YOU YOUR INGREDIENTS I JUST CAN'T. FHLAPJFDSLAKJFDSAJ The robot is a genius idea because it can bring out lots of ingredients at once. They also have a sauce bar with seaweed salad (MY FAV!) and lots of sauces. My friends were smart and put diff sauces in different containers but I just went around dumping spoonfulls of different stuff I liked in the same two containers and then just dumped all of it into my hotpot bowl and hoped for the best. I made such a tasty soup, my bowls actually smiled at me. :)I forgot to mention you pick a soup base before you assault it with the sauce bar. My friend picked Szachuan spicy and that appealed to me but for some reason it just didn't do it for me when I tried some of it. I liked my frankenstein sauce better. I started with the Healthy Herb and didn't care for that either so I will definitely stick to Original next time because I'm just going to add a bunch of stuff I like anyway. I ended up overordering dumplings and had a lot of soup and noodles left at the end so I paid an extra fee to take it home. I think they charge like $14 per lb that you leave on the table but will only charge the $14 if you take it home? They let me just pay that and just gave me containers to take my stuff home with. I managed to fit it all in. I liked almost everything we got. But I do have to admit the tempura is weird all soggy. Also, I don't seem to like shiitake mushrooms. I thought I did! Maybe I like them sliced more than I do whole. I am not sure. $40 for one person isn't ideal though so next time I will be sure to... well I mean my soup tasted really good and I got like 2-3 more meals out of my leftovers so. Who knows what I will do. All I know is I will DEFINITELY be back! Though I do have to say, a sheet with suggested cooking times would be fantastic bc I really had no idea when anything was done. We just kinda cooked it for forever and then ate it.Loved: - Dumplings: Chicken- Dumplings: Pork- Noodles: Udon- Salad: SeaweedOk: - Dumplings: Shumai- Hot Pot Base: Healthy Herb- Hot Pot Base: Szechuan Spicy- Noodles: Potato- Tempura Disliked:- Mushrooms: Shiitake

Very glad that Memphis has a hotpot/KBBQ place! We chose to do hotpot this time around. All in all, a good experience. Great selection of meat, vegetables, and seafood. The service was great, and we did not go very long without someone checking on us to take the next order of food. There was a variety of appetizer dishes and sauces. The only areas of improvement that come to mind are getting drinks refilled and having strainer ladles for the hotpot instead of regular ladles.

If you like hot pot this is it for Memphis. However, I do recommend also doing the bbq. It's 100% times better than just hot pot. Service was done with a robot so that was new and interesting. The inside was pretty standard but a lot nicer than most other Asian hot pot places around town.

Delicious food, outstanding service, and a unique experience with a clean, modern ambiance. A robot is the hostess to seat you and another robot delivers food to the table. You can order via your server or via a QR code at the table. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. Think of Korean BBQ having a similar concept as fondue where you choose your raw meat and veggies then cook it at the table. The variety of protein selections blew my mind. There is a HUGE sauce and condiment bar of over 20 different options ranging from fresh-made, flavored oils to peanut sauce. Try the kimchi grilled. We'll be back!

Great service and fresh food. The ability to make your own sauce is a definite plus! When we went, it was a little crowded (which is a good sign) but we didn't wait long at all.
