Melt

Trying odd ice cream flavors is my passion so when I saw they had a goat cheese, fig and bacon I had to try it. It didn't not disappoint. It was delicious. Not everyone agrees that these flavors pair well together but I wholeheartedly disagree. This location is very cool and a perfect spot for dessert after date night or a fun girls night out.

This melt location is at the super cool Pemberton House- the Portland-like food truck house / lot off Roosevelt row. There are approximately 20 food trucks on the property, ranging from Filipino food, to tacos, to ice cream, to bars. Seating in the shade is a premium, and seats fill up quickly. The pemberton house starts to pop off around 1pm to 2.The ice cream at Melt is served in Chinese to-go boxes and each ice cream has a fortunate cookie on top which is a bonus. I tried the goat cheese, bacon, honey, and fig- sensory overload. Too much imo. I'd likely get the sweet corn next time. A great spot to hang out with friends or go on a date.

Best Ice Cream in town period but the real benefit is Pablo and the ambiance everything is warm welcoming and great customer service. Thank you guys will be back soon

Some of if not the best artisan ice cream in Phoenix. If you want an ever changing selection of unique flavors this is the place to go. Not only do they have ice cream, they have amazing treats. Make sure you stop by when your at the Pemberton and need some desert!
