We tried Mehfil tonight because the two previous restaurants we tried to go to were booked. However, my partner and I both love Indian food so we were happy to give it a shot. I'm very glad that those other places were full! While the ambiance was nothing to write home about, the service and food were top notch. Our server was very kind and attentive without being overbearing. I had the salmon tikka masala which had an amazing portion and great flavors. I also loved the addition of onion and peppers as well. The rice was at an extra charge and rather bland (it could have used some cardamom and vegetables) but had a nice portion. Meanwhile the garlic naan was also excellent- crispy on the bottom and soft on the top. For only $40 for two entrees, rice, and naan I thought it was a great deal as well. I'm happy we stumbled upon Mehfil and we will definitely be back again!

This was my first time here. Service was fast and they also gave us a complimentary mango lassi on our first visit! We ordered samosas, cheese naan, malai chicken boti and rasmalai for dessert. Samosas and malai chicken were yum! Cheese naan needed a bit more salt but was hot and cheesy. The food was really good overall and well cooked. I liked that the rasmalai was creamy and didn't feel like someone just warmed up the frozen one as most restaurants do!Ambiance is just okay like every other Indian place, but we visit these places for the food!

A new Indian restaurant in my area is always good news. Let's start with the food. Overall very very good. Their mild is just a touch spicier than other places but it certainly works for me. They several curries that I have never heard of or tried. We tried the classic butter chicken which was excellent. We tried the chicken chettinadau which was very flavorful with what I believe were kafir leaves. The nans were outstanding as well as the mango lassi. The vegetable pakora has gos got to be homemade which is a first for me. Also a little spicy. I was surprised that they didn't have the classic tomato onion chutney. I can't wait to go back with the wife and try another new curry. Hopefully I'll remember to ask for extraMild! Oh yeah service was fine delicious curries take a little time.

As an avid Indian cuisine connoisseur, I am compelled to state that Mehfil exceeds all expectations! From the thorough preparation and masterful mixing of spices, there is no dish that I can call "dull". To my American patrons, I would put Mehfil in the serious category of Indian food that is not "Americanized" - Mehfil is as authentic as it gets.So if you are lookin for Indian food today, hop on to try Mehfil - beware though once you have had a taste, you will definitely crave more! A+ it is.

The food is excellent, but very expensive for what you get. The takeaway price is for a very small entree, but then you have to pay an additional $3 for rice. All in all, it was good, but for 4 meals, naan, a mango lassie, and 2 donuts, it was $125.

Outstanding. This is my new go-to for Indian takeout. Butter Chicken and Vindaloo were excellent, the perfect amount of heat and spice. Butter chicken was slightly on the sweeter side (which I like) but not overpowering at all. Raita was not on the menu but they made it for us and it was delicious. Plan to order one order of Naan per person (typical and expected).

I'm no expert, but I've been to at least a dozen Indian restaurants in my general area. I've never seen one that did not include rice with their tikka masala, vindaloo or butter chicken. Either you have to order the rice separately, or they forgot all of my rice on two separate orders months apart. Either way it's crazy and I won't be returning

Wow, Mehfil is a gift!super naan from their own tandoori oven- lots of vegetarian optionswait staff are spot on in that they were attentive and informative and not over bearingif you want an alcoholic beverage bring your own since they don't have a liquor license don't forget your phone as they only offer a scannable menu.DO ORDER THE IDLI! these steamed soft delicious rice lentil cakes arrive with fredh coconut chutney, a fiery sambal and tomato curry all are excellent.I ordered the Diwani Handi which was prefectly spiced and loaded with vegetables and tofu swimming in a golden curry saucewe also got a palak paneer and the aforementioned garlic naanthe exceedingly accommodating staff kept bringing us small free samples of other thingswe had a great meal and are soooo happy to have discovered themgo there, even if you never tried Indian food, it's a gem of the neighborhood and beyond

Rock star food! Like worth a 45 min drive just to pick up an excellent biryani! Their naans were so soft and even their curries! I picked up the food. Mutton biryani (full tray), butter naan, garlic naan (2 of each) and paneer butter masala curry. All good! No complaints at all! Their naan was a shock. A good, soft, just right shock! Biryani excellent. Veg curry was good too. I picked up right before they closed and the food was still excellent! I rarely say this..But..go get it!
