Medium is an unsuspecting culinary haven nestled in the back patio of Aero Club. With a handful of well-executed menu items, it's almost like a fine dining restaurant and neighborhood bar had a love child. I had the Korean-Texas BBQ Brisket Bowl, which was impeccable. The sushi rice had perfect chew. The kimchi slaw was crunchy and bright with a touch of funky fermentation. The seasoning and smoke on the brisket was unstoppable. The Korean-Texas bbq drizzle packed a sweet and savory umami punch without being overpowering. It will be hard to not order this every time. My friend had the Smokey Ranch Burger with charred poblano, smoked red onions, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle ranch. He also tried a few other items in sample size portions including the Purple Potato Taquitos, Cheesy Arepas & Pulled Pork, and Truffle Mac n'cini (a play on arancini). Though I couldn't eat the items my friend had due to allergies, he said they were all phenomenal. I could tell the breading on the Mac n'cini was light and perfectly crispy without being too dense or starchy.I will definitely be going back and can't wait to try other items on their menu.

This is a definition of LOL. They look at what you tip them. If you tip them bad, you're burger is gonna be burnt as a mother. If you give them what they want. Dope. If not, your burger gone be burnt Don't waste your time with this place. Go to McDonald's

I went there thinking SpaceKat had reopened and unfortunately it hadn't. I had the Texas Korean Brisket Bowl. It was fine, but on the pricey side. The brisket was nicely sauced and came with Cole slaw and far too much rice. It would have been fine portion for two people. I didn't quite see the Korean in the overall offering, but the Texas was well represented. You are ordering from a "food truck" window. They give you a buzzer to alert you when your food is done and you eat on the back patio of The Aero Club bar. Be aware that staff always check ID at the door, so don't bring kids. I want to try their Pretzel if I get back there.
