Chicken N' Rice with Beef Polish Seattle Dog

Falafel Plate was okay. The falafel balls were dry. Salad was okay! The humus was yummy!!
a menu for a mexican restaurant
Falafel sandwich
a pita filled with vegetables
Chicken and rice for $8
a pan of food on a counter
Took a bite and had a big piece of glass in my mouth! So fortunate I didn't get cut! Never ordering from them again.
Do you suppose they mean lovers who are vegetarian, or just people who really like vegetarians?

Great food but not a great ambiance!! Didn't really care for Falafel plate but the gyro sandwich and fries were soo good! The sauce in gyro and how it was cooked was amazing!!

Hands down one of the best falafel sandwiches I've had in Seattle. Prices are a little steep in my opinion ($11 here versus $8 at my usual spot), but worth it and still decently priced. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in pioneer square.

Average gyro and fries, did their job but nothing memorable and no desire to return. Flatbread was fresh and hot, meat was tender and sauce was good.A hole in the wall, this fast food place also serves pizza by the slice and other things that don't fall under the mediterranean fare but it's a nice option to have and convenient.Food: 3Service: n/a Ambiance: 2Parking: 2 - not the greatest parking options in Pioneer Square, not a judgment on the business

Yesterday was my first time here and it was a nice experience. My friend comes here a lot and recommend this place so we went.It seems to be a popular spot for Mediterranean food. The inside was neat and clean. There was one cook working and even though it was a little busy we got our food pretty fast. I got the Falafel Plate - it's vegan. They have a decent enough vegetarian options, it's enough to experience the main known dishes. The Falafel Plate was huge! The portions was so much that I had to take a lot home. I really liked the variety of things to eat but one thing was the taste - it was a little bland. The tabouleh was my favorite part and I ate that in about two seconds - I make it myself, one of my favorite Mediterranean dishes! I think it the flavor was worked on everything would be so much be

I work at a cafe down the street, and I go here a couple times a week for food. Their lamb gyros and fries are BOMB, as are their falafel sandwiches. I love the pita they use. Ask for the spicy sauce, you won't be disappointed. The employees can sometimes come off as abrasive, but I honestly kind of thing it adds to the hole-in-the-wall charm of the place. Pioneer Square in itself is kind of rough and grungey, and I think it's kind of funny to see tourists be taken aback by the overall vibe of the place. I'm gonna be honest, if you want a place with five star sit-down service, or food with amazing presentation, Pioneer Square isn't the place for you, unless you go to Damn the Weather or Deadline. With that being said, I do love this place regardless of the service because the food fits my tastes. If you like Mediterranean food and aren't afraid of the Seattle Freeze, go ahead and pop in for a gyro.

In my opinion, the place is alright (not great) keeping the prices and taste of food in mind. The hummus sandwich had a lot of hummus and not much of anything else. I did not like the taste of falafel that was served in the veggie platter, moreover, it was not fresh(hot) and crispy. I wanted to try the spinach pie but it appeared so pale and not fully baked that I decided to skip it. Location of the restaurant is a big plus.

A Seattle hot dog stand in front of a Mediterranean restaurant is the best late-night combination you could ever get. Prove me wrong. We stumbled upon this place at a late night out in Pioneer Square and we needed something decently priced and tasty. Our mouths watered at the sight of a (apparently the original) Seattle hot dog stand in front of a Mediterranean restaurant. The workers at the hot dog stand didn't shy away from talking to us, they seemed to take a lot of pride in their work!We got the Chicken N' Rice from Mediterranean Mix and the Beef Polish Hot Dog from the hot dog stand. Best combo I could've asked for.

I asked the guy to wipe a table before I sat down and he cursed me out. Lamb meat is frozen microwaved not Kafta. Rude. Gave me a warm coke no ice. Will not be back

Excellent. I eat here 1 x week. The falafel sandwich is supreme. The baba ganoush is the best I've ever had. (Grilled eggplant blended w garlic lemon and Tahiti, ask for no olive oil if u r inclined). I do take out and when I call it's ready and like a few minutes to give for the good estimates of the wait time. The venue has no ambience at all. But since clean and the people Is hard working and nice.
